This place came highly recommended in the guidebook me and my girlfriend were using and from the outside it looked pretty solid. When we went in we were actually the only customers there so we were lucky in that we were served quickly but maybe just us in a relatively large restaurant made the atmosphere seem a bit chilly...something compounded by the waiter who served us who seemed genuinely taken aback when we said we wanted to order food and the manager who, although much more efficient, and even a bit chatty, was scowling throughout. Still, I was happy to see my favourite dish (eggs benedict) on the menu so I ordered it while my girlfriend had a pasta dish. As it turned out my dish was passable but the sauce was quite salty while my girlfriend's pasta looked terrible and she assured me it tasted the same. Maybe stick to the soup or the pizza, which another couple were tucking into when we left and which smelt quite nice. Still, overall, I imagine a decent joint with a few more people maybe around early evening.
