Our children love this place. There is a lazy river, water slides, plus various pools for swimming or relaxing. Everything is clean. It's a "democratic" sort of place. Not up market or down market. Even on a busy day, it is relaxing. Restaurant is mediocre.

Some points
- not cheap. 85fr entrance for a family of 5 vs 19fr at the nearby Martigny public outdoor pool which is 75% as nice. So go for the day, not for a couple of hours in the pool.
- the tiles surrounding the pool were - for me - like torture. Small sharp stones in a slab... My wife thought they were fine and maybe only 10% of the other barefoot patrons were wincing visibly. So take pool shoes if you have sensitive feet!

I stayed there just For 1 night for work.
Big and comfortable room with cable tv. Wifi available in the room was positive. Clean and spaceful toilet. Calm and spaceful outside area with parking. Kind and fast staff. Breakfast is great and you can eat whatever you want!
I tried also the restaurant and they have healty menus that are reccomended and very good.
General price of the hotel is quite high but finally i have to say that i probably will stay there again if i should come back in that area.
Suggested!

Another great place to relax and have fun in Switzerland. There are 3 different types of pools with different temperatures and a whirlpool top place to have fun. Very good hotel every one spoke English. It is also being updated the décor is a bit out of the 80's but it was not bad we had an attic room with a view on the valley. Also there is a very nice restaurant, Extremely clean. If you stay at the hotel you will have unlimited access to the thermal baths and your very own entrance by passing through the fitness entrance (no line up)

Room Tip: Top flour would be my bet

Les bains de Saillon is a heavenly oasis in the middle of the Swiss countryside. The countryside around Saillon is lovely along the Rhone. There are several long distance bike trails and skate trails in this area which is how I came to be here. I was on a long distance skate trip and started in Sierre that morning and skated to Saillon that day. It had been a long hot day so by the time I got to Saillon I was hot tired and muscles burning. Despite looking dirty and sweaty, the staff welcomed me and helped me get settled in quickly. They also suggested that a soak in the thermal pool would help. It turned out it was exactly what I needed. It was heavenly and it was probably the reason I could get up the next day pain free and skate on. The hotel rooms are luxurious, clean, huge and with great comfy beds. The bathrooms are well stocked and they even provide fluffy robes and slippers. The restaurant food was gourmet with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful in suggesting dishes and wine. There is a lot to explore in the countryside around so worth a trip.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back have a view of the mountains

We use the thermal pools here in both the summer and winter. it is not cheap being about £40 for a family of four but you could spend all day here. There are two main thermal pools and one unheated pool and in 2012 a "lazy river" opened which is great fun. It is clean, there are plenty of changing rooms and lockers and above all you can relax in the thermal pools admiring the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains

swimming pool is ok, clean and all but there isnt much else to do. there arent attractions (slides) available outside of the summer period. it's relaxing but not really fun to go with kids. it gets quickly boring. else we found it nice and clean
we've been to the restaurant many time but for the first time on a week-end and the service and quality changes enough to put us off coming again on a week-end

We booked a last minute arrangement. The arrangement includes half-board, a dressing gown, towel and slippers as well as free entrance to the pools.

We were given a room under the roof (which we knew beforehand). The room was nice and clean. However, the matress of the 160 cm bed was not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel and in fact we spent a sleepless night.

Also, dinner and breakfast buffet were not up to our expectations and the dining room was overheated (needs A/C).

The various pools were really attractif and directly accessible from the hotel.
