Jan has thought of all that is required when staying away from home, down to providing bottled water at night. Jan gives a very warm welcome and there when needed. The breakfast is phenomenal from the fresh fruit, pastries, or full English all tastes are catered for. Will definitely stay again.

Debbie

Room Tip: Only two rooms so very personal a twin and a double

Had a lovely two day stay The room was spotlessly clean with really cosy beds and with en-suite. There were lots of luxury touches too ,The traditional English breakfast was absolutely delicious along with the choice of fruit, cereals , muffins Ect . We also had use of a separate patio .We shall definitely be going back again as we had a lovely time could not fault this b&b in any way and were made to feel so welcome and Anne and Jan could'nt do Enough for us. Thank you both x

A little gem in the heart of Selsey. From the warm welcome when you arrive to the spotless accommodation this is the best B&B we have stayed in. The breakfast is wonderful, you couldn't ask for more. We have family in the area and this was our second stay at Vincent Lodge, thank you Jan and Annie we will be back for another visit soon

Of all the B&Bs we saw in Selsey, this was the best for being closest to the sea and within easy walking distance to restaurants. The very pleasant and helpful sisters and hosts Annie and Jan provided a very fine breakfast with lovely muffins and a great range of hot and cold foods, fresh fruit and lovely muffins. The room was very tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, light and spacious with a seaside feel to it, and had tasty homemade butter flapjacks and tea, hot chocolate and coffee-making facilities as well as there being a nice garden seating area outside the dining area. I'd highly recommend Vincent Lodge.
