I stayed here on a Gourmet break which I had seen on the internet and I must say it was worth it. From the moment we checked in everything was perfect, our bedroom was very clean and spacious which a big tv. The 7 course gourmet meal we had in the restaurant was excellent, each course beautifully presented and very enjoyable. Breakfast was much the say a great selection of both hot and cold items. This was our first time at the hotel and based on this experience we will defiantly be returning.

Stayed here in room 401 last night. Room was ok but thought it odd when arriving in room that there was a portable convection heater in the room. We booked dinner which was actually very nice. Went to our room and found the air con / heating was so noisey and rattling we turned it off and realised why we had the convector heater. Had a reasonable sleep but awoke to find we had no hot water. Mike warm at best. Upon check out I mentioned this and there was no apology offered or any discount offered from our £200 bill. So I guess we will not be returning which is a shame as the evening meal was very good. Breakfast was however less than average. Scrambled eggs and fried eggs just don't work on a buffet why don't they get this and just make these to order

Stayed here in December before flying from Birmingham airport. Conveniently located for airport. Only downside was we booked a family room and the sofa bed was not made up and we had no bedding yo make it up either. Soon resolved though. Would stay again.

We came to The Manor for our sunday lunch today 12.01.14 and I must say what a lovely experience. We ate in Houstons bar and the service was impecable. We had our 2 fussy children with us and Roy who was serving went out of his way to accomodate them. The food all three courses was lovely, the price was reasonable and we had a really lovely time. Would highly recommend

I have just joined tripadvisor merely so i could comment on this wonderful venue set in the 'Heart of England'.

My wife and i stayed here over the festive period and attended a xmas party in the aylesford function room. From the moment we checked in everything was wonderful. The young lady on reception was both warm and welcoming, explaining all amenities in the hotel. Porterage was offered but we only had one bag so this service wasn't required.

The meal in the party room was served effortlessly and was delight to eat with the Maitre d', it seemed, speaking with the majority of guests bringing that friendly feeling to the room. The DJ on evening provided some great entertainment with a great mix of music for the young and old.

Breakfast on the Sunday, although extremely busy - we headed down quite late, was great. Lots of choices and plentiful throughout. The team were clearly well instructed and enjoyed their jobs.

Departure was smooth, safe journeys wished by the Duty Manager.

Overall this hotel is one of the hidden gems within Warwickshire. Most definitely will return in 2014.

Room Tip: Book early to avoid disappointment

My husband and I were treated to an all expenses paid late Christmas do including overnight accommodation last night. The room was lovely, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. The Christmas dinner and disco was great. Food choices were limited but both the food and service WS excellent. After a very late night we crawled down to breakfast just before 10 am, and as a result the hot food was a bit disappointing and the sausages had run out! Overall we had a great time and would recommend this hotel for social and business use!

Room Tip: Room 320 was well located on first floor at end of corridor away from function rooms.
