Recently stayed three nights and have reviewed the hotel but feel the failings of the restaurant need a second waring to the unsuspecting.
Choose three dishes for each course as it will probably be off. Don't expect what arrives to be exactly what you ordered as part of the dish you chose may be off but you were not told, example no kidney in the lamb and kidney brochette, in fact no brochette just lamb!
The wait staff are lovely and embarrassed by the slowness of the kitchen which at breakfast is painful even assuming the chef turns up on time which he failed to do one morning leaving us to have croissants.
On a positive note the fondue starter is excellent and the wine list good. The staff front of house try there best but there is a distinct lack of management presence and people being left to cope as best they can.
