The booking was straightforward, the receptionist was helpful, and there was a clean and comfortable bed, all at a low cost. You get "what it says on the tin" - no frills provision but of a good standard.

First time staying at a Premier Inn. It was very good indeed. Plenty parking.. Very friendly Staff, very Helpful. Room very comfortable, and checkout time noon saves all that rushing about, plenty time to go have Breakfast, which also was great.Just needed to be informed that a booking was needed to eat. Staff helpful at telling us other places near by..Definately stay again.

it was a nice time until the fire alarm went off and NO staff knew how to turn off the fire alarm and reset it, which is one of the most important safety and security rules in any company or hotel. safety first..

Very good Premier Inn and the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was a shambles. We had paid for Continental breakfast...there were no plates..we had to ask for them and had a long wait. There were no cups and as we waited for some a couple said they had to send their cups back because they were dirty. There were no croissants..apparently there hadn't been any for a couple of days when we enquired..and there was no marmalade so another long wait. Our continental breakfast was devoid of the continental aspect..we were left with bread(again there were only 2 slices left by the toaster so had to ask for more along with the rest of the queue), crumpets and some horrid sweet muffins. We certainly did not get our moneysworth which was a shame because at other Premier Inns the breakfast had been of a good standard.

The hotel was quiet and the adjoining restaurant was surprisingly good. Although they forgot to service my room for the second night it didn't put me off; I can, after all, make my own bed! This is one of the best Premier Inn packages because it also is great value for money.

We arrived to an amazing welcome. The receptionist treated us like we were visiting her home. The room was clean and well furnished with all mod cons! Plenty of hot water available and the shower was a decent flow! We had secured the night at the special rate so were more than pleased.
