Having booked this house for the last three years every July my family and I travel from all over the world to spend three days together! Mother and father are buried a short distance away and we travel up for mother and fathers birthday. They house is in a wonderful location with stunning views and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a home from home. Easy to access and always spotless on arrival . Would recommend to everyone !
Enjoyed a great week in this spectacular location, house just what we were looking for and would certainly return, thanks again - Andrew

Party of 8 stayed for family wedding in Glencoe. Modern, warm, light and airy making the most of the uplifting views of Mountains and Loch. Two bedrooms upstairs and two down, each pair sharing a modern well equipped bathroom. Large open plan living area that worked well for our group. The kitchen is very well equipped and if you so wish, ideal for catering to a large group - but beware of the sensitive smoke alarm. The Ikea furniture throughout is clean, comfortable and suits the cottage entirely. Given good weather the Loch shore a few paces across the road would be ideal for picnics. The Seafood Cafe next door was closed in winter when we stayed but the menu looked delicious! Two Pine Martens visit the dustbins not far from the rear bedrooms each night and have a very good team technique at getting inside them! You do need to be prepared to drive distances if you want to see the sights, but equally it would be a good place to hibernate in for a week, given a good supply of food, and a satisfaction of sitting by the large panoramic windows taking in that fantastic view.

The lodge was excellent , well maintained and the staff was really thoughtful, making sure small things such as coffee and snacks were also available. While the weather was awful, wee enjoyed our trip staying in the lodge which was warm and spacious. Great for 8-10 adults with a large dining table. Good view of the lake right in front of the lodge.

The Lochleven Seafood Cottage is a rustic lakeside getaway. It is not luxurious, but has everything a group or family needs, including well-stocked kitchen, television and DVD player, gorgeous front deck overlooking Loch Linnhe, four bedrooms and two full baths. The cottage was immaculately clean and Amy and Emma were very responsive throughout the reservation and check-in process. Our family enjoyed outings to Ben Nevis Range, Fort William, Inverlochy Castle, and a day-trip to Isle of Skye. The cottage does not have wi-fi, which was an unpleasant surprise for our 18 year-old nephew, and internet is spotty in this rural area. This is an incredibly scenic area of the country, and the Seafood Cottage made a great home base for exploration.

Pros: Good for large family stay and budget stay. Kitchen has all the complete need. Comfortable bed. Decent place to stay away from technology. Great seafood restaurant just next door. Next to a scenic lake & quiet.
Cons: Location cannot be identify via GPS, need some guidance and trial & error to drive to the right place. Overall living place not spectacular, but only neutral comment. No WIFI, but Cable TV is still available. Window need to kept close in the evening to prevent the smell from seafood come from the next door restaurant.
Overall, not too bad combining with one of the best seafood ever tried and we had continuous dinner for 3 nights there.
The Seafood cottage was perfect for our stay. I|We highly recommend it.
The location was amazing and the cottage was very comfy for 8 people. There is a fantastic view and the Seafood Cafe next door is definitely a plus! Check-in was very easy and, even though check-out was quite early, we didn't have to rush. The rooms were spacious and the living room is great to relax in. We were even able to enjoy the terrace out front!
Some decoration on the walls and a few more cushions on the couch would make this cottage perfect!
