Me and 2 other people, part of an expedition group (aged 20) arrived late at night desperate for a place to stay due to bad weather. The receptionist wasn't the friendliest and we instantly got the impression this place was snobby and didn't want young hikers in the hotel.
Room was really nice as was breakfast. But again staff were rude towards us and was even rude when they came round in the morning at around half 8 and asked if we was leaving when checkout was at 10.
We actually came back to use the bar a few nights after and again was greated in a rude way by the snobby staff members who just wanted us to leave because we didn't 'look the part.' So if you are a young person, hiking and look like you don't have money to spend, this is not the place for you guys.More
