Lovely boutique hotel, individually designed rooms. Lovely food and helpful staff.
Clean rooms & Fab shower bathroom. Pool nice if a little small but whole hotel only ha 15/16 bedrooms. Close to Airport but this was never an issue.
We had a relaxing 3 day trip

This hotel is beautiful and attention to detail is great. It only has 15 rooms so is quiet and not overcrowded.
Staff are friendly and helpfully. The breakfast is excellent and plenty of it.
I would highly reccomend this hotel for couples and small group holidays.
You would need a car but you are not far from anywhere in Guernsey as its so compact!!
Ive already been reccomending this hotel to friends.

We had a wedding to attend on the Island and found The Farmhouse online. Taking advantage of their 3 night offer we booked up and added another night in the hope the hotel was good. We were not disappointed. From the very first call we made a few enquiries and these were answered by email with ease. Our room was allocated at reception and on opening the door we were stunned. A beautiful, stylish and large space with a great bathroom. We have stayed in boutique bed and breakfast/hotel rooms before at double this price and they do not measure up (ask for room number 1 The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with both the continental and full English options. We did not dine at the hotel, but wished we did, the 2 restaurants we did eat at were not upto much. Had a look around some of the hotels our friends were staying in for the same money and they came no where near to the standard and feel of the Farmhouse. We will be staying there for each visit to the Island from now on.

This hotel was excellent. we stayed for our wedding anniversary. The staff were brilliant and very friendly. The room was very comfortable but above all the food was absolutely superb. Our intention was not to eat at the hotel all the time but the food was so good we ate there most of the time during our stay. A hotel that can be thoroughly recommended.

Very convenient for the airport and hasa good reputation for parties such as weddings. The friendly manageress is very capable. In our first weekend she organised lunch for 120, followed by a celebrity dinner and disco for a similar number and had a similar number at a wedding dinner and disco on the following evening. On the second weekend there was so much staff work in preparation that the few who were residents had breakfast in a corridor.
Diners can select from a fixed list of about a dozen dishes, starting from a beef burgher for £10 up to a sirloin steak at £20. Breakfasts are good value at £10 and very convenient for incoming passengers on the early flights. There is a two hourly bus service to the port. The best room prices came from the specialist travel companies.
Our room are very comfortable and at the second floor was not too troubled by the discos. The staff were helpful and the room was scrupulous clean.
The walkers we met were praising the coastal bus route 7. This ran half hourly clockwise and anticlockwise and ideal for the coastal paths. Hotels near to the coast are more suitable for using that bus route.

We stayed for four nights in a superior room and can endorse all the previous positive comments. The highlights were the top quality staff and service, the huge and most comfortable bed, the bathroom and the overall quality of the decor & fixtures and fittings.
We ate in the restaurant on three nights from both the a la carte and table d'hote menus - each were fresh, well cooked and good value. Table service was a high standard and the wine selection was good though a wee bit expensive.
We took up the offer of the free car ( the extras we paid = £48 for the 4 days which included the fuel) and found it great to roam the island and enjoy what seemed like scores of beautiful beaches and vistas - there's no chance of getting lost unless you're car happens to be amphibious!
A great hotel for a getaway offering high standards and good value for money.

Having read other comments regarding noise on the weekend (functions at the hotel e.g. weddings) we asked for a room well away from the road - which turned out to be not so busy anyway and also away from the function room. There was a function on the Friday night and although we could still hear the noise of music it wasn't too intrusive.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was absolutely lovely. Food at the restaurant nice, but we found it to be a little too pricey.

We found the Deerhound Inn to have a bigger choice of food of equal quality and at much cheaper prices - we would recommend it.

The pool was heated but very small and also outside the bar - not so good if you're conscious of other people having a drink around you.
