Excellent Sunday lunch. Superb welcome as always. Food was wonderful and beautifully cooked. We didn't feel rushed and Martin and the girls provided an excellent service.

We had a dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening and both of us really enjoyed.
Service was very quick and food was tasty.
Only we had some problem asking staff a few times to clean our table between the sarter and the main course - I made a mess on the table.
Breakfast was full English breakfast, but for the juice you had to take your glass from the table - they should have some glasses near the juices.

Hidden away in a village being slowly overwhelmed by new housing & consequently almost a suburb of Littlehampton and Worthing this is a surprising almost secret find. Ye olde entrance hall and cosy bar, the latter where we would have liked to linger for a pre-dinner drink but were hustled into the dining room, which nevertheless was very spacious and had a comfortable ambience. Poor choice of strident background music though. A wobbly table an irritation indicting poor attention to detail. Service was pleasant enough but we were not made to feel especially special. Not a very extensive menu and it was obvious you would not be able to rely on everything being available as none of our first choices were. The food itself was sublime though, the best duck I have EVER eaten ( poncy London restaurants hotels and Cunard please note ).

Went to this restaurant as it is sells itself as a high class establishment!! We were seated in the restaurant then had to wait for some time for a drinks order, we were given menus and waited and waited until my wife had to request for someone to take our order.
When the food did come it was exceptional, but, the wine was kept off the table so we had to wait again to get served and had to request to be served wine again. Coffee came only after we chased the order via reception.
Only one member of staff appeared interesting in providing somewhere near decent service.
In summary food was superb but the service is severely lacking.

Me and my wife visited Angmering Manor for our 2 year Anniversary. The restaurant section of this hotel has a very calming, warm and welcome atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and the service was fantastic. We've had a fair few weekend breaks to various hotels within Sussex and I would rate the food here as some of the tastiest we've tasted yet. We enjoyed the evening so much that we are now arranging a pre-christmas family meal for this year. Really looking forward to it. Highly recommended.
