Where do we start!!!
The pictures do not do this place justice, from the moment we pulled up under the arch way into their driveway it was amazing and so stunning.
The second we walked into the property you could tell that there has been so much thought and detail put into the place.
The property we stayed in was the 3 bedroom cottage which dates back some 500 years and it was amazing.
The whole place was immaculate, the master bedroom that we had was so comfy and the pillows were super stuffy which was lovely to be able to snuggle down and the duvet was so rich and snuggly was just amazing.
The bathroom upstairs was super and the tub was lovely to relax and lay in. The downstairs shower room was lovely - the shower is such a lovely size you can totally just stand under it and feel all your aches wash away.
Ken is amazing, He is so friendly and so kind and even suggested a couple places where we could go which was really sweet of him. Totally going to keep this one on our list of visiting again.
As mentioned, believe me the photos do not do this property enough justice - from the moment you walk in you fall in love with the place.xx
I stayed here a number of times over the summer whilst working in the area. Both cottages are well equipped and cosy. The area is wonderfully quiet yet close to local amenities. I had some lovely walks when not working. This place is a wonderful home from home.
Stayed here and one of the other cottages the night before my daughters wedding. Such a beautiful setting for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in before the big day.
Everything catered for within the cottages, high spec, very clean. Gorgeous beamed ceilings and lovely features.
They are set within a lovely courtyard which makes a fab backdrop for photos. The wedding was held at Shustoke Barn so a close 6 minutes away.
Owners met us and showed us round, no issues with our stay.
Perfect for a quiet, high quality place to stay.
Only 6miles to the NEC. Quiet location. Old Building Charm but with all Mod Cons. Comfy Bed. Would highly recommend staying here.
My husband and 3 children rented the Granary and were very happy staying for the 5 nights, the accommodation was perfect in that is was clean, decor was up to date but we still had the feel of the wonderful cottage charm. Ken met us when we arrived and showed how everything worked, he was friendly and easy to deal with leading up to the dates of our rental. We struggled a little finding it in the dark when we first arrived but there after we were able to find it a bit better by putting in the co-ordinates on the GPS instead of the postcode. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
We wanted a quiet, relaxed, comfortable hideaway for Christmas in the countryside but not far from an assortment of villages. That is exactly what we got. The cottage was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the cottage was spacious for four (or even five) adults. The downstairs shower had excellent pressure. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. There was a pretty Christmas tree in the cottage and lovely Christmas lights on the stone buildings around the courtyard. We will definitely return.
