This is a great hotel! Quiet, clean, modern, really good shower in the bathroom, comfortable beds. The staff are first class, polite, really helpful and very friendly, particularly the receptionist and Martin. It is on a busy road on Minster roundabout and if you need petrol the station is right beside the hotel along with a great shop and McDonalds, if you don't fancy eating in the restaurant table table, and even better, I only paid £29 for the room! Really good location, I would definitely stay here again!!!! I did see some reviews that weren't good, I don't know what happened to those people but I really liked this hotel, and had no problems at all.

Another great stay at the Premier Inn, always clean, quiet and friendly, was interupted by a very loud fire alarm scaring the living daylights out of us at about 4am! We rushed outside into the freezing cold night, luckily we were right next to the Fire Exit, and stood there for at least 15 minutes without hearing anything from any Premier Inn staff. One of the people staying at the hotel went inside and came out again to tell us that there was no fire and we could go back inside, still nothing from staff. In the morning we heard somebody asking for a refund because of the alarm and because of their "Good Nights Sleep" policy we were refunded the whole amount without any questions, I would advise people to take advantage of this wherever possible!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to catch a ferry at Dover. We had a problem with our room due to a buzzing noise coming from somewhere. As soon as we let reception know about this we were moved to another room, no problem. We also took up the Meal Deal offer, which we found to be good value at £22.00 per person. We would reccommend this hotel to anyone traveling down to the ferry port.

I can honestly say this is the best of the motel type hotels that I have stayed in. It is exceptional value for money, but doesn't feel like a cheap place. The room was a good size, the bed outstanding, and the cleanliness and upkeep excellent. The restaurant is very good value for money also, service a little slow as it was busy, but very friendly.
If only all the budget places demonstrated this level of concern for the experience, yet this was the least expensive of them in which we have stayed.

We have just come back from a three day jaunt in Kent. Had the pleasure of staying in the Premier Inn at Ramsgate, Minster. Fantastic access to many fun things to do - Dover Castle being the big pull, especially over school holidays with all the actors in period costume parading around. Close to Margate's Turner Contemporary, Broadstairs and Morellis Gelato Parlour. Even in the midst of Winter there is plenty to do. Premier Inns are incredibly good value, pristinely clean, tranquil and the all you can eat breakfast is just the best. Everyone had a fun time.

A great stop-over on the way across to France. Low price, friendly staff, clean, fresh and everything you want from an overnight stopover.
