“Visiting Family”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 January 2014

Our one night stay was very pleasant, our room was clean and comfortable and was on the first floor facing the back of the Hotel so it was very quiet. Excellent value at £29, will certainly stay again.

My wife and I spent this Christmas eve and Christmas Day at this hotel on a B &B basis
as we were spending the festivities with family in Ramsgate.
The staff throughout the stay were helpful and could not do enough for us. this included the restaurant staff many of whom were giving up part or all of their Christmas break.
The accommodation was spotless. If twin bedded rooms are available ( rather than a couch)
this would be a bonus. Booking ahead gave excellent value for money at what is an expensive
time.
I thoroughly recommend this hotel and we will be making further booking when we visit family
in the area.

I went down alone to visit a friend and family members had stayed here previously and told me it was nice. I had a ground floor room which I requested and was at the back. Such a peaceful place to be located in the hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful and always welcoming when I came back to the hotel.
My room was very clean and comfortable including a sofa to chill out on when I was in. I used the Table Table restaurant next door which was very good value and tasty. I have already booked another weekend here in March so that is a recommendation in itself.

At last the breakfast is a decent standard and the evening meal was very good..however.. if you have a problem with the room ec and need to phone to let someone know you have to pay for the phone call and Premier still charge different prices dependent on how you book, but I enjoyed my stay.

Usual Premier Inn high quality, although our dinner steaks weren't as good as usual for some reason. Spotless rooms, towels, linen etc., just let down by staff. I had an altercation with the receptionist over my usual obsession (room warmth!) which culminated in me remarking that maybe her vocation in life shouldn't involve dealing with the public- bizarrely, she promptly agreed with this. Well, my last three business trips involved Premier Inns and I'm afraid the next three definitely won't after that.... Can't recommend this time, I'm afraid.

A good, Value Hotel.
Clean, good size Room, comfy bed. Nice and quiet - good nights sleep, both nights. Adequate facilities. Good breakfast available
Friendly and helpful staff.
Significantly better than Travelodge and not much more expensive. Decent value for money.
Very good location adjacent to Thanet Way; plenty of parking on site.
If in the location again, would definitely stay here.

We stayed for three nights and the total cost for dinner, bed and breakfast was just over £220 for the two of us - you can pay that for one night's DBB in many hotels.
As with most Premier Inns, you do hear the occupant of the room above moving around if you are on the ground floor, but the rooms are excellent and the staff genuinely caring.

Room Tip: First floor at the far end of the corridors.
