In general the food is pretty good and what you'd expect and the unlimited salad, drinks and ice cream for the kids is not to be scoffed at.
But this evening there was only 3 tables when we walked in and yet all th serving staff seemed content in speaking to one another. Very unobservant, you are forever trying to get their attention although they all pleasant enough. They even managed to take about 20 minutes to get some candles lit on a birthday cake after we asked; by then we had 7 restless kids (not all ours!!).
If you want to serve customers properly, then get some staff in who care about customer service. It will be worth paying more than the minimum wage for.
