Visited today as we were tempted in by an advert for all day carvery . Ordered drinks for 2 (£6.05 for a diet coke and a bottle of cider !!) at which point my missus noticed the carvery stand wasn't up and running . . . asked the barman about it and he replied that the carvery was being served direct from the kitchen . . so no choice of meat then ? Think it's pork today but will just check with the kitchen . . . sorry sir but carvery isn't on till 5 coz we're not that busy . . . at this point i suppose the alarm bells should've rung loud and clear but we were both hungry so decided to take advantage of the 2 for 1 meal deal .
Big mistake :@(
I ordered a bacon and cheese burger and my missus a half chicken covered in bourbon sauce .
Waited half a hour for food which arrived , shall we say lukewarm , minus advertised coleslaw on chicken .
Chips were limp and soggy , peas frozen and burger had 2 small pieces of bacon on , that was most certainly not crispy as advertised .
Would have to say that it was probably the worst meal we have ever had and would advise anybody thinking of going there to visit MacDonalds instead .

Sorry this review is solate, but xmass very close buy and it prompted my memory of the worst xmass dinner are company has ever had.
We arrived for are pre booked Christmass dinner all 18 people to no welcome or greeting in fact they possitively had not prepared the heating was not on and we had to complain from the outset that it was cold witch matched the cheer.

We eventually sat down to be greeted by a waitress who gave scrooge or grumpy from the dwarfs a run for there money, she had no cheer and did not want to communicate only to tell that they had lost the dinner list we had prepared some months before.
We tried not to let this affect us and hoped maybe a little music of the festive season would soon be playing, none.

Dinner arrived and could not have been worse, the presentation none existant , the food was cold and tasted like school cabbage over boiled and tasteless.
I complained and my plate was taken with others to be returned microwaved to death.

Again we got treated to the worst customer service i have ever experienced with no sMiles or even are you enjoying your meal ( probereley new) We could not get out of there quick enough, on paying i expected a big appolagie , not a chance just the usual payment without a thankyou or please come again.
I wish there was a comment form.

Needless to say we will not be going thiere again , a lot of money and there loss.
We have found a great place in Preston with outstanding customer service with menu to match, email if you would like details.
Avoid above at all costs, a waste of time and money and shows up Radcliffe.
