We feel very sorry for the new landlords, who were pleasant and welcoming. However, while our Friday fish and chips were served with a fish knife - it might have been better to have supplied a steak knife, as the breaded haddock was very dry and difficult to cut.
Second pint of beer was better than the first, when a new barrel was put on.
