Lovely apartment, the attention to detail was fantastic, Christmas tree and decorations, bread, wine, sweets, just amazing! Thank you
After a difficult 12 hour journey to get to Milford Haven we could not have felt more welcome on arrival. The apartment managers had provided all the information we needed to get into the apartment and to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was warm and beautifully decorated for Christmas. A festive welcome pack was provided, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The view of the harbour is lovely and the apartment well located for shops and cafes on the marina. We stay in Milford frequently as have family there. We will certainly be booking again.
It would have been an ideal apartment however neither of the bedroom windows would open. This meant poor sleep for my husband and I as we were just too hot. I did text the owner but it appears that a previous occupant had broken the key in the lock and it wasn't being repaired until after we had left. I would seriously have booked alternative accommodation if I had known.
It was a shame as the location was ideal for our purposes but I felt exhausted by the time we left.....
Ate at the harbourmaster and also Coco's on the marina. Both were lovely meals. Excellent lunch time portions at Cocos.
Everything went ok from start to finish. The website does give a good guide to what you are in for. Great apt in a great location. Good parking. Loads of different places and things to see within an hour of base location. Can't fault our rental. Weather wasn't brilliant but we had the car so we moved around the very scenic coast line and made the most of our hectic week. Some nice pubs and restaurants nearby. All in all a great week. Lovely accommodation. Thanks to all involved. Must visit
Tenby. Pembroke Castle. Newquay. Saundersfoot. St David's city.
Very pleased with everything could not fault in anyway. We even had a bowl of sweets on the coffee table! Well done Paul and everyone else involved.
The apartment offers all the amenities needed for a holiday either on water or land. We spent our time walking the coastline during the day, sampling the wonderful food on offer at the various eateries on the marina and rested into the night just watching the twinkling lights over the water. Would love to return soon!
Neptune House was a great choice of accommodation in Milford Haven. The unit was on the third floor with parking right outside. There were two reasonable size bedrooms and a single bathroom. A large lounge / dining and kitchen. From this room there is a small balcony overlooking the yacht anchorage. Spectacular view. The kitchen has everything you could want plus some start up supplies to get you going, including a bottle of wine and chocolates on the coffee table. There are restaurants along the marina and the Lord Nelson built in 1802 is only a short walk. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay hassle free and enjoyable. We only encounter one problem, no hot water the first morning but a text to the number supplied had it rectified in fifteen minutes. Also a nice touch is the keys are available at the unit via a coded box at the door. So you don't have to chase someone up to get the key. Terrific if you are arriving late. I would definitely stay there again.
