Spent 3 nights staying at Fernlea with my daughter. The cottage is very well appointed and deceptively large. It is situated on quite a busy main road, but that does mean its handy for local shops. Nice coastal walk 5 minutes away with access to local beach. Morfa Nefyn only 1.5 miles away and we walked that and onward to the Ty Coch Inn for lunch for a pleasant lunch. Abersoch and Llanbedrog beaches not too far away. The owner provides comprehensive instructions and suggestions which we found extremely useful.
This was a lovely, spacious two bedroom house right in the centre of the little village of Nefyn. It has a spar and premier store within easy walking distance (5 minutes) which had a large variety foods and household items. It also has a lot of local shops. There are two lovely play parks within walking distance and a beautiful beach within a 5 minute drive. The house itself was clean and tidy and contained everything you could possibly need and more. The house was warm and well furnished. The owners were wonderful! They were extremely flexible in accommodating us and went out of their way to ensure we had lovely trip. They were extremely helpful and very kind as they even provided us with milk and teabags! We would definitely book it again. The location was very good. It was only 7 miles from Pwllheli which has a bigger town and beaches etc. Yet it was rural enough to enjoy a beautiful peaceful family holiday. The mountain view was AMAZING!!!
5***** from us : )
