I live near to Cassibile and was not aware of the restaurant until we had friends come to stay. We were looking for something nearby that had an Italian flavour.
The Paper Moon is on the main national road going through the town and, at first view, does not look very inviting. The front part is small with a counter and hides the fact that there is a large restaurant behind with an open terrace. Once inside one immediately forgets that it is situated on a main road.
The staff are welcoming and service is done with a smile. The menu has both Italian dishes over and above a wide range of pizzas. There were six of us and we each chose something different; everything was good.
The restaurant also does carry out food and has become a favourite for us when we feel like pizza.
