This restaurant is fantastic!!!! It was the best food we had during our 10 day trip. There are about 25 seats in this tiny little place, that is very charming, warm, and is exactly what you imagine for a quaint Tuscan restaurant. If you can't get a dinner reservation, go for lunch! You must do the traditional Italian courses of antipasti, pasta, and a second course. Such amazing food!!

Very tiny place.
We didn't like at all the way the owner brought us a HUGE plate of Tuscan antipasti which he made us pay 28€ !!!
We were 2 people and the antipasti plate was for at least 5 people.
It was the first time we went there (and the last) so we would have appreciated that he at least explained us of what its antipasti plate consisted of and adapted it also the the number of people !

We have to thank to Maurizio for his attention, food and welcoming.
We have enjoyed two dinners at a Casa Mia during our stay in the area.
Very small but lovely place, always full of people, we made a reservation one and a half month ago.
My favorite, the antipasto Toscano and tortelli with spinachs and cheese.
Really yummy!

We were staying in a house nearby, but would never have found this wonderful restaurant except that we made a wrong turn and came upon the tiny village of Montefiridolfi. The only thing of note in town was that there was a crowd spilling out of the one restaurant - so we decided to come back another night. It was one of the most wonderful experiences of our stay in the area. There are only a dozen or so tables, but the feeling is not at all of some little toss-off eatery. Rather, every item on the menu that we tried and we saw others enjoy was carefully prepared and delicious. All you have to do is watch what others are ordering to get a truly great meal. Wondering what those appetizers were? Ask for the "super Tuscan" sampler? Like the looks of that pasta? Just ask. They're all good. Heard they were out of the duck the other night? Call in advance, and they'll have it for you. This is the sort of hidden gem that you may want to keep to yourself - except that it is too good for that.
