No one let on at Brindillas but their 5 course dinner menu is an absolute steal. For 215 pesos, we had a meal to rival almost any top flight restaurant, *possibly Michelin starred even* which comes with all the service and foodie extras you could ask for *sorbet, amuse bouche, petit fours etc. etc.* It's a great little restaurant, and as much as I hope that this restaurant stays quiet and undiscovered, the Chef's sheer talent probably means that this will not be the case for long.

Our Brindillas exeprience was excellent. The food truly delicious and the staff was more than polite and extremely helpful. Strongly recommended. I would love to go there again.

People who love professional service, nice and creative food presentation and as well as a modern, bold environment will just like me love this restaurant. For residents it's not a restaurant to go all 14 days as the menu doesn't change often - but if you are in Mendoza once in a while you should experience Brindillas for sure. It's a great mix of local produce with a minimalist style presentation and international flavours or technics. For me it's ideal place to go with your love, talk, discuss and enjoying a great menu. The restaurant has a limited seats, which makes the ambient sofisticated but flawless, sincere and super agradable. A must go!

Our hotel assured us this was the best restaurant in Mendoza. It's not an exaggeration! The creative menu, delicious food and excellent service were every bit as good as an Alain Ducasse restaurant in Paris where we recently ate. The restaurant is small, so even a small group can raise the decibel level a lot.

What an incredible meal! Our group of 8 all participated in the tasting menu with multiple, mind-blowing courses from appetizers to dessert! How do they make all of that happen in such a small venue? Hands-on owners in the front and back of the house and long-tenured staff make sure everything is perfect! Terrific wine list too!
