Be careful what kind of curd you eat. It is said that if it is too sour, it's not fresh. Always insist on seeing the curd in it's clay jar. If it looks yellowish it's old. Fresh curd is less sour and creamy white. Roadside stores are often in the sun so getting your curd early in the morning is best.
