“Comfortable, Convenient, Clean.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 November 2012

It's situated just off the A75 between St Flour and Millau, near the Cévennes National Park and a short drive to the picturesque town of La Canourgue. Entry to the car park is just off the nearest roundabout.
It's a cosy, pleasant hotel with rear rooms overlooking the Lot river. Our modern room was well appointed for the holiday-maker, of acceptable dimensions, with a separate toilet. The room was equipped with satellite TV and air-con. Slept well on the comfortable bed.
The hotel can prepare an evening meal for you as part of their room service, but has no restaurant. There is little choice for food within walking distance.
We enjoyed a beer at the bar, watching the world drive by.
The buffet breakfast was bread (very good baguette), pastries, jams, fruit juice and coffee.
Whilst there, all our dealings were with an efficient young lady who did everything: reception, bar, room service breakfast and billing. All this with a smile too.
We'd happily return.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back overlook the river. The ones at the front overlook the departmental road, but it...

We chose this hotel mainly due to the location as a stop over on our journey to Spain. For this it was perfect due to easy access to the motorway. We were also travelling with our dog who was made just as welcome as us.

Lovely clean and modern rooms in a traditional building. Frienly and helpful staff. The hotel does not have a restaurant for evening meals, but there are several excellent choices of restaurant in the next village aprrox 20 mins walk away, along with shops, bakery, etc.

We only really had the evening to enjoy the area due to our onward travel, but would definitely consider staying longer on our next visit. This hotel certainly exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful surroundings - tiny little town. Very modern and new hotel. Warm and very comfortable. Good restaurant for breakfast. Stayed one night. A little more than what we liked to pay! In summer would be so beautiful with the rivers surrounding the hotel but the water was very cold in April! Close to Millau Bridge

I must point out that I picked the location because of the closeness to the Millau Viaduct. What a gem this hotel is. There is a new wing and the room was great. The staff were over the top helpful. At the time we stayed there was no restaurant availabe except for breakfast but the reception gave us the name of a pizza place just outside the village. That in itself was worth the visit is you are not phased by mountain roads. This is a must stay. Well off the beaten track. Very quiet but it looks as if the villiage could be quite lively. Great scenery, well worth the money. There is no lift and could be a bit tricky for disabled but don't be put off. There may be ground floor rooms and while there is no parking at the front of the hotel a drop off is feasable.

Room Tip: We paid extra for a new room. Didn't see the older rooms
