I was given a room in the fifth floor and far from the road so its silent. The room is big, clean and with hot and cold shower. The lobby is big and the rate is affordable. Though there is no complimentary breakfast, there are restaurants just across the street.

I usually visit Tuguegarao for official business reasons. Everytime I visit this city, I always check-in at Hotel Roma.

PROs: very accomodating staff, clean and spacious room including the bathroom, relatively cheap (value for money), goo location (in the heart of the city), one of the best in Tuguegarao

CONs: no complimentary breakfast, building quite old but still presentable, a little bit noisy since it is close the roads (try requesting for rooms away from the streets), shower does not have temperature control

Room Tip: Booking the standard room will save you a lot but make sure to call earlier since these rooms are us...

Value for money. It's in the heart of the city and most of the stores are well within walking distance. The staff is attentive, the rooms are clean and spacious. My hubby and I loved the pocket garden in the 4th floor lobby. No complimentary buffet breakfast though.

This is my second time in Tuguegarao . Pros: cheap Cons: Tried to take a shower , no water, then just black water from the shower and toilet, maintenance came 3 times to fix it but with no result. Finally after 2 hours and demanding to get another room the gave us a new room towards the street , the windows having zero insulation it was like being in the middle of the road.
I know its a devoloping city all I was looking for was a clean room and a shower thats it but even that was too much to ask for. The restaurant is the typical Fillipino ( rice with whatever ... and no taste). I stayed at the Mango Suites a couple of months ago and I was suprised it had everything I needed and was up to Western Standard. I cannot recommend this place to anybody.

Location is perfect for people without cars. Its right in the center of the city. The place is clean generally but very old. It does have cracks and stains everywhere. Broken floor tiles, "unsliding" sliding doors in the bathroom, broken flush, old aircondition unit, this place has seen better days. From the 4th floor my view was the backyard with the generator set. And worst of all, there doesnt seem to have any hotels anymore without free breakfast except this one. And their breakfast is expensive. Good longganisa but really expensive. Maybe its trying to achieve 5-star atmosphere by hiking up its menu price but failing miserably in the actual facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldnt want to stay here next time but I may out of necessity only.

The rooms were clean but they hadn't changed since the time that I was living in this city. The meals were pretty good and the staff were nice. This would be one of the better hotels to stay while in Tuguegarao. Though not the best, but still better than many.

The hotel is old but the rooms were clean & tidy. Service was brilliant and the staff were more than happy to oblige.

The inn house restaurant was adequent and served good meals & cold beer.

Tuguegarao is a small city, so if you come here with limited / realistic expectations, you wont be disappointed!

A room update would be good but not sure if the demand is enough to justify it!

Room Tip: Don't expect a Hilton or Shangri La and you won't be disapointed. Service makes up for the t...
