Nice clean hotel, bedrooms a bit bland, lovely restaurant good food and staff. Easy to find, town very disappointing nothing to do or going on. The evening meal and breakfast were good plenty to choose from and a good price.

We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring the area. We had room 52 (Raymonde) which was large and well equipped with water in the fridge and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The restaurant was fantastic but beware the Hunter's veal chop which was absolutely enormous! To be fair, the menu did give the weight but we hadn't read it! The prices of both food and wine were very reasonable. Olivier and his Vietnamese wife were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was overseen by his mother who was also charming. Secure parking was an additional bonus.
We didn't find much on offer in Quillan itself but the surrounding area with its cathar castles and outstanding scenery is worth a long trip.

This is a lovely hotel - we had a beautiful brand new large twin bedroom in recently renovated section. The hotel is large and comfortable, not a typical tiny French rural town hostelry. I was travelling with a friend looking to buy a house in the region.

Olivier, the owner, could not have been more helpful and predictive of our needs. Clean, huge rooms with modern decor, restaurant and wine list fantastic. He was always on hand for advice when we needed it. Highly recommended for a stay in the Aude Valley - the biggest rooms I have seen in France. I recommend without hesitation.

Room Tip: If you would like a large new room, ask for a "Superior" in the newly renovated section.

Picked the hotel from reviews and was not disappointed.
Easily acceessible on the route from Carcassonne to Perpignan, with free parking both outside and under the hotel.
Service was excellent, with attentive staff who made an effort to relove or assist any issue.
Rooms were large and clean, and the free in-hotel wifi was more than adequate for buiness and pleasure.
Both meals that were taken in the restaurant were excellent for both quality and value.

Heartily recommended.

We dropped in for dinner while visiting our son in France, as he had been there before and liked the menu.

The service was excellent, country charm and a good wine list featuring local producers..

They are very proud of their 3 star rating, but were a bit off their game the night we were there, even our son thought the food not up to par... Except for a very good velouté des lentils,

We stayed here recently for one night in a family room. The hotel itself is centrally located and quiet, and there was free parking outside nearby. The family room exceeded our expectations as it was large and had the children's sleeping area (bunks) semi separated from the adults by a very large and modern bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean and contained a TV, safe, air conditioning and a fridge with free bottles of water. We unfortunately didn't have time to try the restaurant but it looked very nice. All the staff we encountered were lovely and we would most certainly recommend this hotel to others.
