Had a wonderful stay at Needles with Denis and Phil. The beautifully furnished spacious room made for a thoroughly comfortable night and the delicious evening meal with good company and laughs finished our holiday off perfectly - only wish we could have stayed longer but look forward to getting back there as soon as possible.

Clean rooms with a beautiful view and a bathtub. Meals with great atmosphere and delicious food. Birds singing and wild animals coming for a visit without bothering (unlike pets). Very friendly staff. What else do you want for your vacation?! Couple of fruit bowls is my suggestion.

Dear Artur,

Thank you for the visit and taking the time to do a review. The fruit bowl in the rooms is a great suggestion and we will be doing this in the future.
Best regards Denis

A haven in the bush. Dennis and Phil made our stay special. A very comfortable venue, a warm welcome, plenty of game to see and all topped off with great food.
We throughly enjoyed our time there and have no hesitation in recommending a visit to any interested in experiencing the African Bush, seeing game close up and relaxing.

We needed a break away from the hustle and bustle of Gauteng and we found Needles Lodge and experienced tranquility and the fantastic hospitality of Denis & Phil. They went out of their way to cater for our vegetarian needs and to also make sure that they still prepared exciting, delicious meals whilst also paying very particular attention to our "likes" and "dislikes". Denis & Phil are great hosts who made us feel at home in no time at all. Keep up the great hospitality and your attention to detail. Thank you for a really wonderful stay.

Have just spent new year with Dennis, Phil , and the lovely staff at needles, it was a great to relax and chill, Dennis ensures this happens! Would recommend this designation to any one who wants to visit the area, from the arrival to departure ,if it is within their power to make your stay any more enjoyable they will. We shall most definitely return, if only to see Harold!

We recently visited from New Zealand for our honeymoon.Everything about our time at Needles was amazing, the food, the people, the game drives, the accomodation. Denis and Phil are genuinely passionate about what they do and are fantastic hosts. We had a great guide on the drives, not only did we see the big 5 three times in one day but his knowledge of all species was inspiring. We look forward to sharing their piece of paradise with them again soon!!

It seems unbelievable to encounter luxury and comfort in the wild side of Africa. Though, Needles Lodge is the best to provide you with what you need for a wonderful stay near Kruger park in South Africa. The lodge has such a charm that you wish never check out once there. With Denis, the boss, jokes never stop . Phil, beautiful woman, is the humble Irish Queen. And the rest of the staff are so nice.

In brief, at Needles Lodge, you eat good; you sleep well; and see plenty of wild animals while setting at the table.
