It has been a long time since I walked into a hotel and was genuinely taken aback at the quality of the venue. The lobby/lounge area of this hotel is stunning and truly unique . Rooms were huge and similarly appointed. On top of this the food was exceptional - excellent variety on the dinner menu, great soups at lunch, the breakfast selection is very good with fruit, full scottish breakfast, kippers, etc all available and cooked to very high quality. Service also exceptional and very friendly/personal.
We were staying for business and had hired the meeting room for 2 days. As a small meeting venue e.g. up to 10 people it was an excellent choice and I would say also quite reasonably priced. Wifi available throughout though some patchy coverage in bedrooms. I would certainly come back either for another small meeting/business or for pleasure.

I have the opportunity to visit for an evening meal - the reception area is lovely with lots of interesting things to see whilst waiting to be seated and drinking some wine. We both had a starter main and pudding and they were all really good. The next time we would probably only have 2 courses as the portions are large. A nice peaceful place to visit with lovely food.

By far the best hotel we have stayed at in Scotland - the "Gleneagles" was lovely but the service in the Lands of Loyal was superb. They love dogs and we were made to feel very special - nothing was too much trouble. Delicious food and kippers that melted in your mouth. Our room was beautifully decorated and so spacious. We did not want to leave it was a perfect experience - we will be back.

Room Tip: Coach House - just perfect

As soon as you walk into the Lands of Loyal hotel you know that you have made a good choice. You will see what I mean when you get there.
The service is excellent and the rooms are large and very comfortable.
The food is superb. We ate in the restaurant most evenings The views from the restaurant are breathtaking.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
We are already planning our next visit.

The hotel has a great setting and the internal furnishing set you up for a relaxed evening. Food is of a high standard and the staff are friendly and pleasant. Take your time and enjoy your meal in the classic surroundings then have an after drink in the lounge area afterwards.Well worth a visit

Room Tip: If in area go for a meal.
