Wonderful surprise , much better than we had expected. Very friendly welcome at the reception desk and later we even met the owner, what a great job he has done here. Fantastic collection that included many of the toys and cars of my youth. Not just pedal cars here but loads of old Dinky Toys and many other items. We live not far away yet had never been inside. Well worth a stop if you are on the railway next door. The café looked great too, though we did not have time to visit that this time. Will go back.

Despite having lived in the area for years, I'd never heard of this museum until I stumbled across it online recently. We popped in on a Saturday afternoon and, after a cup of tea in the tea room, spent a very enjoyable hour wandering around looking at the old toys and pedal cars - most definitely worth a visit.

This is an amazing collection of pedal cars. I never knew there were so many types. There were cars, trains planes and every form of pedal car you could think of. They ranged from what looks like home made ones to the most lavish models that must have cost a small fortune to buy.
This is a Museum for all ages. The older ones will have memories of their childhood evoked. For younger children they will be amazed by all the kinds of cars on display.
There are also numerous displays of toys too such as dolls cars and so much more.
We really enjoyed looking around and were surprised but the extent of the collection.
There is a cafe there too and opposite a steam railway.
We then went on to see the Union Windmill at Cranbrook.

A great visit for the boys, old and young . It took me back to a childhood. The grand children were very interested especially watching granddad looking over the old toy cars.
