The food was super-duperb fresh, beautiful and good in this restaurant.
It is a Michelin star restaurant in Biei and the price was surprisingly reasonable and affordable.

We have missed this restaurant on our March trip to Biei, becoz of winter closing.

Next round to Biei for sure going to up size our meal.

Advise: make reservation before u go becoz always full. Hardly get a table without booking unless u r very super lucky.

Since the price was good and when u r in Biei, why not for a try?

A totally different experience compared to the traditional teppan, yakitori and ramen restaurants we visited before. This place has a very modern, tasteful interior and a cuisine focused on vegetables (for the Belgians, comparable to Frank Fol, but much more affordable). We took the set menu at 2600 JPY, starting with carrot mousse served in a scone, a dish with 20 vegetables, "snow" potatoes, pork rib, fruit/tomato/eggplant dessert and coffee with black beans covered in chocolate. All dishes were original and with local ingredients of perfect quality. A must visit for those who like to try something different!

We had lunch here and it was definitely the best meal we had in Niseko. The food in Niseko cannot compare to Tokyo- we were a bit disappointed at many of the popular places. This did not disappoint. The corn soup is one of the best I have ever had!

This restaurant is run by a Michelin Star winning Chef and it shows in everything they do! The service was outstanding, right down to the dusting of the crumbs from the table between course. The waiter was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu and went to great detail when explaining the dishes.

The food itself was exquisite and the set lunch menu was thoughtfully put together and blended seamlessly. The price was the real surprise, it was far below this level of restaurant. The floor to ceiling glass gave uninterrupted picturesque views of the mountains!

This Restaurant is a Must! The most memorable meal of my holiday.

Interesting take on a French gastronomic restaurant. The dishes are all kind of French, but with a Japanese touch, all made from local ingredients.

We tried one of the set menus, and were very happy with out meal.
