Positives:
Very Clean
Decent breakfast
Metres away from a beach
Balcony view of ocean
Complimentary pick up from ferry terminal (without even requesting one)
Regular shuttle bus to nearby nice beach and into town
Staff are nice and will help you if they can

Negatives:
Location is odd. It's pretty much the furthest accomodation from the main town. This would be understandable if there were other features nearby but there isn't really. There's a beach right there but it's not that great compared to the other beaches on the Island. There's no food restaurants/cafe's at all in the little hamlet.
Rooms are very basic - fine for all we needed - but it wasn't cheap @ 14,700/night (£118!!) for 2 people sharing. Felt more like hostel accomodation.
They DONT MAKE UP THE ROOMS - hard to believe at that price but they don't service the rooms with fresh towels, tea, etc... or do any cleaning.
They have a shuttle bus to a nearby nice beach and into town but it's a pain to organise, when on holiday you don't want to be making schedules, you just want to relax. They ask you in the morning when you'll want the bus. I think we only used it once to go to the beach, we wanted to relax on our own schedule.
The facde of the hotel is not as nice as the picture on their website.
It's a 30 minute walk to the small town where all the cafe's/restaurants/tours etc are up and down a big hill.
Aircon was noisy and inneffective.
As far as I know they couldn't speak English well (I spoke to them in Japanese) but I don't think it's a big deal, they'll be able to get the basics.

Room Tip: Ask for one that faces the ocean.
