Our host, Francis was amazing. He met us at Brussels Midi as requested and was already pointing out all the places of interest whilst driving us to the apartment. The apartment was fantastic - fab décor and spotless. The fridge was very well stocked even to luxuries like cans of beer and chocolates! There were a variety of cereals, croissants, waffles, toasting bread, butter, jam, peanut butter etc.....more than what we would normally have at home! Francis even left us a loaf of fresh bread bought that morning.
He took us for a walking tour of the city the next day and picked us up in his car in the evening for a night tour to the atomium - all included in the price! We had to take a bus to the city centre. The bus stop was only a minute from the apartment! Francis got the carnet ticket for the 4 of us to save us the trouble. His knowledge, not only about Brussels but of Belgium is excellent. We got him to take us to Ghent as well which was very enjoyable. He's very caring and considerate in planning his tours. My husband has diffculty walking and he caters for that by making regular stops for refreshments and toilets. All in all an excellent host. I have sung his praises and already recommended him to friends. He is more a friend that just a 'holiday let' host. We will definitely keep in touch with him.

Brussels was our last stay on a long journey following the footsteps of a WWII pilot. Traveling with an elderly person (91) and an entourage of relatives, can sometimes be a challenge. Our host, Francis, went above and beyond what anyone else would have done to make our stay a memorable and comfortable one. Making arrangements to tour special places as well as meet with interesting and significant people, took many additional hours on his part and made this stay the highlight of our trip. He escorted us to and from our appointments and made sure we saw a good portion of Brussels and the areas around. He knows his Belgium history well.
The apartment was perfect for us. We were a large mixed group of family members so there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. It was well equipped with guides and books to read about Belgium, Brussels and such. The fridge was stocked with plenty of breakfast fixings and he was quite proud of taking into account our "American tastes". There is a restaurant on the ground floor that has outside dining and a grocery store across the park for extra goodies.
My only wish is that we could have stayed longer.
Thank you Belgium Private Tour for making our stay one of the best experiences on our trip.

“A memorable stay”
Reviewed 5 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

An excellent apartment, clean, spacious, secure and well equipped. You will remember Francis for his enthusiasm, friendliness, his attention to detail and love of Brussels. The bus stop is outside the apartment and Francis bought a 3 day pass for us for 14 euros and saved us the hassle of finding where to buy one. The bar next door is great for food and there is no noise problem. His whirlwind walking tour of the city misses nothing and makes it easier to find things later at your leisure. There is a large supermarket 5 mins walk away but the kitchen/fridge is well stocked for essentials and a few other things. Car parking is a problem but Francis let us leave the car outside his house 10 mins drive away where it was safe and secure. Francis is the perfect host "not a problem"

“So much more than just a holiday let”
Reviewed 29 June 2014 for a stay in April 2014

The apartment is large, well furnished, tastefully decorated and felt very safe with high quality security locks. There is a lift from the entrance hall so no need to carry heavy bags up the few flights of stairs. The large fridge was packed with every kind of breakfast treat you could think of, with cereals in an adjoining cupboard making this the first 'do it yourself' bed-and-breakfast holiday rental that we had come across. Should you need to buy more provisions then a large Carrefour was only a few minutes walk away (but not visible from the apartment). Francis, the owner, was incredibly kind and thoughtful giving us a free guided tour (in English) of Brussels town centre (taking the local bus to get there) on the first afternoon, then a 2-hour car tour of the out of town attractions the next morning - giving us detailed instructions of how to reach the places we wanted to visit (eg The European Parliament). His love of Brussels was apparent and he went out of his way to ensure the tours were tailored to our individual interests. He's a really nice guy!
The roads surrounding the building were busier than we were expecting and there is a railway line in a cutting almost next door, so there was some traffic noise. We travelled to Brussels by car and parking was an issue with only a few spaces available outside the apartment block which were often filled by customers using the next-door bistro. As a result we ended up with £60 worth of parking fines sent to our home address (although we were assured that the private parking enforcement company would not bother with a British registered car!). We know Francis was trying hard to come to some arrangement regarding an assigned parking space, but if you plan on taking your car to this location do double check beforehand what the current situation with parking is.

This is by far the best accommodation we have ever experienced. Francis is an amazing and generous host who goes out if his way to ensure guests are comfortable and well provided for. The location of the apartment is within easy transport reach if the centre and is set overlooking the most beautiful park with playgrounds for children. Staying here meant living like a local which gave us an unique experience. Mostly though the apartment itself is so beautiful and tastefully decorated that you just don't want to leave.

“Wonderful apartment, superb location, welcoming host”

We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect place to stay in Brussels. ‘Belgium Private Tour’ easily met all our expectations. The apartment itself is spacious, elegant, very comfortable and very well equipped. The location overlooking the beautiful Josephat Park is very well served by public transport making a car unnecessary. There is a large supermarket nearby, some friendly bars, an ice cream shop and bicycles for hire all within 2 minutes walk.
Francis our host could not have been kinder or more welcoming. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return before too long.

Belgium Private Tour is a Bed & Breakfast with tours in Belgium, not a full renting house !
So my suggestion to Guido PRIEM is first good checking and looking description before renting !
Belgium Private Tour do always the best for the guests !
I give opportunity to Guido Priem to sleep and use two bedrooms,Bathroom,WC (second floor only for him) and acces to 95 % of all the house for only 75 Euros by night with breakfast and full fridge (Wafels, sodas, water, chocolates and more included in the price !!!) I refuse and go back to the hotel !!!
Belgium Private Tour is price quality and service one of the best !
