Clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation in a beautiful location. Walks from the doorstep. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely return if in the area.

Iain was so helpful with my booking. His communications were consistently prompt and thoughtful. I was planning to stay so I could do mountain biking (MTB) locally, but sadly had to cancel due to a MTB accident. Iain was very understanding and fair about it all.
I will definitely look to stay in future, as the place looks excellent, and Iain is such a pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommend this place to stay in Innerleithen! The studio is very clean, new and spacious. Our room was in perfect condition and equipped with everything we needed for our stay (you have everything you need to cook a proper meal in your own private kitchen). The wifi worked perfectly.
There is a deck out the back (shared with the family but free most of the time) which overlooks a stream which was the perfect place to relax and read a book. There are also some beautiful walks along the river right next to the house. The main part of town (including the supermarket) is just a short walk away- about 10 minutes. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away where you can catch a direct bus to/from Edinburgh/Peebles or Galasheils.
Iain is very friendly and went above and beyond to welcome us to the studio! However after this he gave us our privacy and we had the studio to ourselves. Iain was easily contacted if we required anything.
Overall, a perfect place to stay!
