Have stayed at many Premier Inn's over the years from Scotland to Devon and found this one to be one of, if not the best. Staff were friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable and the adjacent Globe Inn was a very high standard with very good food and friendly staff. Liking variety we only intended to eat the at the Globe for the first of our 3 nights, but were so impressed we ate there every night in the end.

Our family of 4 (including a 15 year old and 12 year old) stayed here earlier this week for a two night break. The price was great as we booked about two months ago, using Highcliffe as a base for exploring the local area. The staff were friendly and the room exceptionally clean and well laid out, with everything supplied that you could need. We had booked breakfast in the adjoining restaurant which was fantastic, all you could eat buffet and a cooked breakfast made to order. All four of us had breakfast for £16 each morning. The car park is right outside this hotel which isn't always the case with Premier Inns and you are given a free parking ticket for the duration of your stay. The location was brilliant, a ten minute walk from the beach and there are quite a few shops along the way. Twenty minutes and you are in Lymington which is great for the ferries to the Isle of Wight. My only regret is that our son will be 16 soon so we won't be able to book a cheap family room any longer!!!!

Room Tip: We were given room 102 which faced the back of the hotel and was very quiet.

We have just returned from a few days at this hotel which we cannot fault. The staff were extremely friendly on the front desk and the room was spotlessly clean. The only let down was the Table Table restaurant attached to the hotel. The service was very poor although the food was very good when it finally arrived. The waitresses were expected to sort drinks at the bar as well as serve food which is probably why the service was so bad. They had added extra drinks on our bill and gave us totally wrong drinks. Also they had run out of ice which isn't a major issue but on a hot summers night you would have thought they could have catered for this. We would definitely stay here again but please sort the restaurant out. !!

Called in during the hot spell in July 13 ... reasonably early around 5.30 so it was peaceful . We are local people so been in a few times but I always think the occasional update is good ! Its well decorated , clean and fresh and we always find the staff obliging if that is the word .. friendly shall we say :-) We just wanted some food and a beer to cool us down .. plenty of garden space if you have kids to burn some energy off :-) Good menu on offer but typical of a food chain (Table table ) a little over priced IMO for the return , meaning portion sizes . We ordered steak , chips and all the trimmings which was nice ... on that note if you order medium ask for well done ( you get my drift ) but its well enjoyable . Yes definitely call in again but do look around for bargains and offers like the beefeater at Somerford ( By Sainsbury's)

Nice hotel in good location but don't accept a room in the lower ground the hotel lift does not go there.and the walk to the room can be reminisant of changing platforms in a railway station with two flights of stairs.
Poorly planned for a two year old hotel and not that cheap for a budget hotel.
I would not stay again at this particular hotel although I must say the beds are comfortable and rooms immaculate.
