Have just returned from a 3 night stay in Highcliffe. Hotel is on a busy main road, but set well back so this did not present a problem. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every member of staff was friendly and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious, bathroom also good size and immaculate. We had breakfast and dinner in the adjacent Globe pub: the cooked breakfast is done to order, and there is a good selection of fruit, cereals, yogurts, and bread / pastries.
The evening meals were typical pub grub but very well cooked and presented: it is a very popular venue and service was a little slow on one occasion. No problem to us as we were in no hurry. Waiting staff were all very pleasant, and special thanks to Lorraine who looked after us so well each morning.

Location is superb. Unusually for Premier Inn, this one is not on a roundabout or industrial estate, but in the village itself. 10 minutes walking takes you to the cliff top and spectacular coastal views, and it's only a few miles into delightful Christchurch.

Stayed at the Highcliffe Premier Inn for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The welcoming was warm and informative and the room was large and well equipped. The bathroom was clean and nicely presented. It is very well located close to the beach (5 min walk) and close to the town's stores.

Great location, good room, helpful staff. The price was wonderful, parking was easy. Breakfast was good- loads of choice. Can't think of any criticism, just round the corner form all the shops and sea front.

Nice hotel, only complaints was the resturant. We waited a hour and half for food. when others where being seated fed and billed within half hour, we was left with dirty dishes and glasses on our table.
