Working from reviews on TA, we chose this hotel as we needed somewhere close to Intelaken, for one night, not to expensive and where i could park the car without any town centre issues.....this fits the bill.
The room was spotless, beds comfortable, adequate in size, free wifi and had a view of the mountains from one of the windows. Building a new house next door but no inconvenience or noise.
Breakfast is a continental affair, loads of cereals, breads, cheese and meats. great coffee and attentive staff.
I was happy to drive the 7 minutes in the evening back into town for dinner, as its to far to walk, but the station is a few minutes walk away so you are not isolated.
Car park was small and only fitted 3 cars on, so you have to park 4 mins walk away on their sister hotels car park, not an issue as you can drop everything off and then drive round the corner while your partner checks in.
Would definitely stay again and would try the restaurant for an evening meal next time, although there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from in Intelaken when sight seeing.
Thanks for a nice stay.

My dad and I stayed here for two nights during our visit to Interlaken and the rest of Switzerland. The hotel was fantastic!

Pros:
Welcoming front desk and restaurant staff. Great view from the balcony (even if it was raining). Breakfast included. Comfortable bedding. While the room was small, it was functional. Convenient location - quiet too.

Cons:
Just the parking - both nights we had to park about 5 minutes away, but it was a great walk.

Will definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Make sure you get a balcony room!

We arrived and was surprised to see a large building site right next door to the hotel. We particularly wanted a nice quite stay but this was not the case. We decided to speak to the Manager - Eric and explain we did not want to stay in the Hotel, he did offer us a room upgrade away from the building site but also informed us there were lots of building sites all over Europe so couldn't understand why we weren't happy! The 'up grade' was most disappointing with a tiny bathroom and a separate sink actually in the bedroom…. A very uninspiring hotel indeed.

We have stayed in Wilderswil many times over forty years but this was our first stay at the Jungfrau Hotel. We were delighted with the experience, thanks particularly to the excellent, friendly service offered by staff at reception and in the restaurant. Our room was spacious with a balcony facing the vew where the Jungfrau should have been (three consecutive days of low cloud was not the fault of the management!). The bathroom was just roomy enough but oldies like us would prefer a walk-in shower to one in a bath. Meals in the restaurant included excellent local specialities with prices at standard Swiss levels, and we enjoyed a white Merlot wine from Ticino we had never encountered before.
A major plus for the hotel is its location, a five-minute walk from the train station and bus stops which connect with the Junfrau region railways and Interlaken for travelling further afield. Access by car is easy and some parking is provided outside the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the Jungfrau (and hope the sun shines!)

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It is 3 mins walking from the Wilderswil train station and very well-connected to Interlaken and to the other towns in the Jungfrau region. The staff, both at the reception and the restaurant were very courteous and helpful. They really know the meaning of service with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable with all basic amenities, including free wifi, a safe and hair dryer. I loved the balcony and the view was simply awesome---typical Swiss countryside with the Jungfrau right in front. The hotel restaurant also serves very good food. I had an excellent stay and will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the Jungfrau region.

Room Tip: Choose a room on the front side of the hotel. They have balconies with impressive views of the Jungfrau mountain.
