Description: Nicolas Bernardé, Best Artisan of France Pastry-confectioner 2004, opened a shop of gluttony in 2011 to delight gourmands. Sweet and savory travel cakes, sweets and chocolates, jams, spreads are offered in a cozy space for gourmets. The specialties : • Cakes: named "Cakissime ™", because they are soft as kisses, they want to be soft and provide a unique tasting experience. With seasonal fruit cake, chocolate cake or « folie » cake, there are no less than 30 different recipes that carry the cake to the tops of haute pastry. • Pâtisserie du Samedi: every Saturday, a surprise pastry is inspired by the fresh produce of the market, to the imagination of the chef. On the first floor of the shop, the Nicolas Bernardé Pastry School shares courses and workshops for gastronomy lovers.
