quality all the way through …

service you will struggle to find in brussels - informed, considered and cool = top notch

everybody working their seemed to like being their and all of the clients gave off the same vibe.

i went tonight with 4 people … 4 different starters, 4 different mains and one of the best gins i've ever had. everybody was satisfied, stuffed and singing praises.

the environment is up to par with the service and food … being there put everybody in a great mood.

only great things to say about this place and i look fwd to going back often.

This restaurant is lovely. The servers are friendly and warm and explain the menu in English if you need it. In Brussels it is rare to find attentive service and a relaxed atmosphere but this restaurant rates highly for both. The wines are wonderfully matched and the food was delicious. It is not cheap but nowhere is in Brussels and here it is worth every penny. I ate duck with winter vegetables and the flavour was outstanding. My fiance ate the pork stew and again it was delicious. I look forward to going again soon and I would highly recommend a visit!

A busy little place! Also open on Saturdays which is not the case for many restaurants in Etterbeek (where we were staying). The staff went through the whole menu for us and answered questions. The wines they recommended were well matched to the food. I had a mackerel starter (Poisson chaud) which was delicious. The prawn main course was ok. Got busy very quickly, it's a small restaurant so best to reserve a table.

We live near this restaurant and we had notices it was constantly busy so one night we just popped in to give it a try and wow, great service the waiter took his time to explain to us in ENGLISH the suggestions of the day! explained about the wine and what type of food were serving! it was lovely! food was amazing! we had grilled macros for starter, a tad overpriced maybe but wow was amazingly fresh! that is the sellling point of the restaurant! main cournse we had a lamb cassarole, i opted for this sausage made by the chef himself in a slightly spicy sauce with a twist of the tastes and flavours of la Reunion where the chef is apparently from.
def a little gem! a try if you wanna mingle with locals and off the busy EU/Tourst area

I visited le tournant by accident, since it was near the wineshop Tiotulus in Brussels (good bio wines). Le Tournant has a simple approach with a lunch for 19 € (or with dessert 25 €). Honest food, simple natural products that are nrought to you by the guys in the kitchen. Good bio wines (from ... indeed) and a good expresso top the experience.
young and easy going ambiance.
To save in you address book when you're in the Chaussée de Wavre Area.
