Our family of 4 (parents and 2 adult children in their early 20s) stayed at this hotel for 1 night and were delighted with the accommodations. We had a set of twin beds and a large sofabed, all of which were quite adequate and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and nicely done, with plenty of towels for the 4 of us. The only drawback was getting to the parking lot for the hotel. If you don't have GPS, good luck! You have to take a convoluted route and when you get to the parking area, there is either the parking garage for $10/night (I couldn't get my big rental Mercedes Vito van into it, I didn't think) or outside parking for $5/night. We weren't sure how the parking outside worked and had to go in in ask. Evidently there are these metal signs which, if they are lying on the ground mean that the parking space is available. You just drive over it and park between the white lines. It would have been appropriate to explain that to us to when we asked about parking. While the staff was friendly, I spent a good amount of time waiting to get checked in while both front desk clerks worked on another person who seemed to have a concern. It should have been handled by one and the other should have helped us. Overall, though, we were very happy with the room and the location and would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel because I had a meeting nearby the Hotel. Rooms are on the large side, but rather dark. The Hotel is located next to a highway. Make sure that you ask for a room on the other side; otherwise you'll have a noisy night. Breakfast is reasonable, but nothing special. Would not stay in this Hotel if I were on a short visit to Brussels; but for a business trip it was OK.

Room Tip: Next to a highway; select a room on the 'good' side of the Hotel.

This hotel is very nice, the room were nice. By European standards the rooms are on the small side. The bathroom was updated as well. Their food was awful. I paid 70 Euros for room service and everything was tasteless. I am not sure if it is normal to have tasteless lamb and soup in this part of the world but it was not worthy to be served to people.

Room Tip: Eat elsewhere.........

I guess I got lucky since I booked the cheapest room on Kayak and got put into the corner suite with a kitchenette expansive views and top floor. I would call the style of the hotel near-boutique. it tries but doesn't quite get there with the details. The Internet quality was quite good, the gym was better than most (not as impressive as you might believe after seeing all of the launch pictures in the lobby). It has newer machines that work quite well but the environment doesn't quite cut it. There is a giant supermarket within long walking distance that has everything you could want from lunch to a café to clothing at very reasonable prices. Other eating and drinking establishments are not so convenient.

I did hang my "do not disturb" sign on the door but got a knock on the door at 8:30 anyway and again at 11 and somebody walked in at 11:20 after I didn't answer the door but wasn't particularly remorseful at barging in. Staff was generally good-natured and parking is convenient and cheap at five euros.

You can drive anywhere easily from this location but if you don't have a car it's pretty hard to reach.

Room Tip: They seem to hand out big rooms without having to reserve one. I got one one and the hotel didn't seem full so ask for the bigger rooms. 418 was very nice with a pullout couch and a kitchenette, very large bathroom, shower and bathtub.

Other reviewers say that the rooms are large and fancy photos prove that. However, we stayed in a very basic small room. I guess it was because we were travelling with a tour.
Breakfast is very basic and I am not sure if this is again particular for groups or not.

Eventually, we stayed there only for one night and enjoyed the sleep quality and appreciated the cleanness. I would want to pick that hotel and see the large rooms next time I make it to Brussels.

Bonjour Cher client,
