Clean and tidy room but realy tiny.
Room 409 had a window on the back of the building and the door of the room was not closing properly.
The amount of 170 for double room way too much.... Gyus get serious

The Location was about a 25-30 minute walk to the centre of the town which was nice and the Metro was close too. On route to the centre we saw two cars had been broken into and some shady characters hanging around so in hindsight I would stay closer to the centre next time.
The hotel was very accommodating in letting me have the colour of room of my choice with a view of the park opposite.

Bathroom:
The Bathroom was well sized and very clean which was nice (I am a hair inspector!) and we were pleased to find a quirky touch of different coloured toilet paper.

Bedroom:
We booked a large bedroom with a queen sized bed which was quite sizely with a sofa and large windows with a view.
The room had no information brochure on the hotel amenities if any or some suggestions of where to go in the local area, which would have been nice.
The bedsheets had a rip in it and yes we discovered quite a few hairs that weren't ours in the bed.
There was no do not disturb sign on the doors so their was no option when we left and we found our room was entered without our permission when we returned that evening which I was not entirely happy about but then again they did a nice job of cleaning and seemed to have changed the bed sheets with the hole.
The hotel could obviously not keep up with the volume of hot water being used at 9:30 and so I had to wait over an hour for the water to be even relatively warm but when i called down to reception they kindly sorted out for me.

The hotel definitely could be better and needs a little TLC.

The staff are friendly and there was a breakfast buffet which we didn't try.
All that being said I think that I would recommend it if you aren't too fussy and they seem to sort things out quite fast if you are unhappy.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the park and preferably one higher up so you dont hear the noise on th...

Nice design hotel, very conveniently located just two stops from Brussels Midi and near Ave. Louise. No complaints about the room, quite small, but nicely set up and comfortable. My colour scheme was a soothing brown/red, pleasant, and with a great view over Brussels (7th floor). The staff were super nice. A couple of small complaints: even though the hotel is only 3 years old, it is already looking a little shabby, the breakfast was very, very basic and not particularly good, and, as some other travellers have remarked, the shower leaks all over the floor! I would probably stay here again though, taking my breakfast outside at a café, as I like the idea of designing the rooms according to the Pantone colours, the location is excellent and the staff are lovely.

Room Tip: Go for a room near the top of the hotel if you want a pretty spectacular view of the city.

Pantone Hotel is situated in the luxury shopping district of Brussels. We chose this hotel based upon good value and the fact it was close(ish) to the main centre of Brussels.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, they gave us a lovely large room on the 7th floor with a huge balcony. (Perfect size for me and my girlfriend).

The area seems a little run down right outside the hotel but we found it to be safe.

The walk to the tourist part of the city (Grand Place) is around a 25 minuite walk. There is a tube station quite close but we didn't investigate this. A taxi is about 8 euro to Grand Place.

Overall, beautiful hotel at a great cost! Would stay again.

Room Tip: Higher floors have more balcony space.

Super tiny room on the orange floor (5th) that was just big enough for a bed and a desk in a window well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. TV only had news channels but they do have free Wifi in the rooms. While the location wasn't central, there were 2 subway stations very nearby and the downtown is a winding, but scenic 30 minute walk away. Overall cute execution on Pantone with colourful details and surprisingly comfortable bed makes this hotel good value.

Stayed multiple nights while attending conference.

Rooms are basic, but comfortable. Bath is larger than similar sized / priced hotels. Front desk staff very helpful, efficient. Free wifi - strong signal, seldom dropped. Breakfast offering was excellent though rather expensive. When busy the coffee / breakfast bar area is cramped.

The color theme was interesting, but not sure it really adds marked value to the experience...(some colleagues really enjoyed it, though).

Disliked the noise from the park (in front of hotel) - loud and drunk(?) persons made quite a bit of noise one night (until 0200 hours). Could hear them from upper floors.

Ten minute walk to Metro; and, two stops to Brussels Midi / Sud station.

Would stay again... especially in a room not facing park.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that does not face the park - more quiet.
