I stayed for one night last week and was happy with the stay. The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first, but if you map it out in advance you'd have no problem. The concept of the hotel is great and is a draw in itself, the rooms are a bit small, but nicely done. Each room seems to have the same theme, with a certain shade of pantone colors. Even the toilet paper was colored!

Staff was good. No complaints. I'd stay here again.

Loved this place. Room was cosy, location was great (20 mins walk to everywhere) and staff were amazingly helpfully. Reception were more than happy to provide detailed directions and places to see. Highly recommend Pantone for a weekend in Brussels.

I highly recommend this establishment. Staff were kind, great breakfast, free shuttle and for europeon standards a very nice room with everything I needed. Price was excellent also. For business, very good in my opinion. Also, if you fly in early, like on the morning inbound from Washington DC, they have no problem giving you early check in at 0900. You will not find thid often. Cheers Mecure. I'll be back!

Room Tip: Availible for early check in. Just ask. No extra charge!

Taking into consideration this is a 3 star hotel, with very atractive rates, my review can only be excellent.

Rooms are wide and clean, with an excellent bathroom. The presentation still looks quite new and modern. Just a small remark here, the working desk is small.
The internet connection is excellent for all devices you may have.

Reception service is very good however, for check out, you may need to wait a bit, if several persons show up at the same time to check out.

Breakfast is good and clean with plenty of options and even a Nespresso with NO EXTRA CHARGE !!! excellent I would say here.

A negative remark for the lift: there is only one available at the hotel has 8 floors...

In resume, this is today may favourite option for business trips to Brussels. Location is also very good (quite close to Louise) however there is still a 8-10 minutes walk to the Metro station.

A basic but fun room located on the Orange floor, as chosen as the reception desk with all you need for a comfortable stay in a beautiful city. Not the best location as a 25 min walk into the centre which wasn't great due to the cold weather, but close to some nice shops and the metro station. Was however disappointed in the unhelpful and slightly rude staff when checking in and out. In a fun and colourful hotel like this, some friendly and welcoming staff wouldn't go amiss..

Room Tip: Stayed in the orange room which was nice. This was on the 5th floor and had no problem with noise he...

Clean and tidy room but realy tiny.
Room 409 had a window on the back of the building and the door of the room was not closing properly.
The amount of 170 for double room way too much.... Gyus get serious

The Location was about a 25-30 minute walk to the centre of the town which was nice and the Metro was close too. On route to the centre we saw two cars had been broken into and some shady characters hanging around so in hindsight I would stay closer to the centre next time.
The hotel was very accommodating in letting me have the colour of room of my choice with a view of the park opposite.

Bathroom:
The Bathroom was well sized and very clean which was nice (I am a hair inspector!) and we were pleased to find a quirky touch of different coloured toilet paper.

Bedroom:
We booked a large bedroom with a queen sized bed which was quite sizely with a sofa and large windows with a view.
The room had no information brochure on the hotel amenities if any or some suggestions of where to go in the local area, which would have been nice.
The bedsheets had a rip in it and yes we discovered quite a few hairs that weren't ours in the bed.
There was no do not disturb sign on the doors so their was no option when we left and we found our room was entered without our permission when we returned that evening which I was not entirely happy about but then again they did a nice job of cleaning and seemed to have changed the bed sheets with the hole.
The hotel could obviously not keep up with the volume of hot water being used at 9:30 and so I had to wait over an hour for the water to be even relatively warm but when i called down to reception they kindly sorted out for me.

The hotel definitely could be better and needs a little TLC.

The staff are friendly and there was a breakfast buffet which we didn't try.
All that being said I think that I would recommend it if you aren't too fussy and they seem to sort things out quite fast if you are unhappy.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the park and preferably one higher up so you dont hear the noise on th...
