and very helpful people in the reception. Clean and comfortable in a quiet area close to Metro and nice restaurants. The hotel was renovated and rebuild and appeared as a modern young innovative style mostly white painted but with a 'funny' intervention of different colours.

I stayed in the Pantone hotel this weekend and was sincerely disappointed by the standard and service offered.
Upon arriving to the hotel the room type we'd reserved was unavailable. Not only had I booked the best category but I followed up with an email to ensure we'd have an exterior space (balcony or terrace) which was confirmed to me. The receptionist told us it wasn't his problem and he was not the manager.
We then made our way to the room and the hotel is dated and aged. It is visibly disappointing and evident that no up keep is carried out and the property is declining.
The room was very basic - like any hotel room you'd find on the side of a motorway but with a bright colour lamp and chair to make it ''pantone'' and ''boutique''
Upon returning to our room that evening there was no drinking water left for during the night and no minibar in the room. We phoned to request it and were told the 24hour service they offer is not to the room and that we'd have to retrieve water from the reception desk.
We argued the indication that the other receptionist told us 24hr room service is included and so the guy ''made an exception'' and brought it to us. When he arrived it was evident he was drunk and he smelt disgusting - not exactly what one would expect of staff in the service industry.
He continued to argue and also indicated he was not a manager and its not his fault.

I hate nothing more than staff lacking responsibility - if they are the only representative onsite then they are responsible for taking care of the client. If they are not responsible then a manager should be contactable at all times.

I would never go back to this establishment or any other hotel they run.
Truthfully no joy in the experience and not worth the money spent even if it seems reasonable for a ''stylish'' hotel in central Brussels.

Room Tip: The large rooms and extra large rooms are the same. Only maybe with an XL room can you have the balcony - but not guaranteed.

I had a very comfortable stay in the Pantone Hotel in Brussels.
The room was very clean and staff were friendly.
Shower was powerful and of a good temerature.
Well connected with the rest of Brussels. Continental breakfast of a good standard including scrambled egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, hams, cheeses, yoghurts, Nespresso, Nutella and Lotus spread.

All in all, a very pleasant stay!

My husband I stayed here for one night.

The hotel is located near Louise Metro station and within walking distance of the city centre.

Despite arriving a couple of hours before check-in, reception was able to find a room and allowed us to check-in early. They were also happy to print out our flight tickets for the next morning.

The room was not as colourful as I expected, mainly white with pops of red. This was probably for the best as too much colour could be overwhelming.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. However, the highlight of the room was the view over the city and we enjoyed watching the sunset.

The only issue we experienced related to the weak Wi-Fi signal in the room, so we had to use the Internet downstairs near reception.

We didn’t try the breakfast, which seemed expensive at 15 Euros and there are plenty of places within a few blocks of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay an extra night or two if time allowed.

The Pantone is a centrally located hotel with short walk to subway and velo hire. The service was great, proactive friendly hotel staff full of honest local advice. During the train strikes they were exceptionally flexible and helpful.
The rooms are stylish but functional, the roof terraces have great views across Brussels and spaceous. I can't give a stronger recommendation, really made our stay perfect.
