We have just come back from a 3 day stay at this hotel....found the staff to be very friendly. .lovely and clean and the room was spotless and spacious. ..
2 minute walk from the designer shops and a 15 - 20 minute walk to Grand Place..
Perfect location close to everything you need..
Breakfast was a bit bland .maybe a bit more variety on the hot food side of it but there are plenty of places to eat out .
Overall I would recommend this hotel for the location and cleanliness . We travelled as a couple and had a lovely lovely weekend there.

Very nice hotel at a very reasonable price too. We had to get moved rooms as the safe didn't work but the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They even let us check in several hours before the designated check-in time. It is more of a business hotel, admittedly, but is only a short walk (15 mins or so) from the Grand Place.

Nice room, good location with the Eurostar only 2 stops away (3 if you go to Louise), bars and restaurants close by. Much better to do it this way and save 50 euros on a hotel by the Grand Place.

Breakfast is 15 euros but we went ate in the deli just up the road for 3-5 euro's each

There are other NH hotels around so be sure to find out how to get there before your trip. The metro staff only recognised 'Stephanie' but there are other 'Stephanie' buildings around so be clear on your own.

Hotel is great. We loved the breakfast spread- cheeses, bread, spreads, cereal, usual hot food of scrambled eggs and mushrooms, coffee machine, juices. They had a baby chair for our daughter which was great!

Free coffee at lobby in the morning, too!

Spacious rooms with cool lounge chair.

A quick 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station Louise/Louiza (which is 3 stops away from Gare du Midi/Zuidstation.) Direct convenient line.

I just stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are good and clean, but being in the centre of the city, the only view one gets is of the street and the building across. Staff is courteous and helpful. Location-wise, the hotel is almost at a stone's throw from the main shopping street although a bit far from the tourist attractions like the Grand Plaza.
Not much to complain for a short stay save two issues: the breakfast service is a bit thin with very limited options, especially for vegetarians. Hot food is more or less limited to rashers and eggs. Also, the lady who runs the breakfast in the morning is brusque and not very communicative. Room service is very limited and closes by 10.30 pm, which is a problem for late arrivals. Also, there is no food service after breakfast, which may call for a degree of time commitment to go out to eat - something that may be unavailable on a busy working trip. However, there are very good restaurant within 200 -500 metres radius of the hotel.
One last rant about this hotel: the advertised free wifi internet is both very slow and unstable, especially on iOS devices. Maximum speed never exceeds 350 Kbps and needs urgent attention from the hotel.
