I was quite happy with this hotel. It offers everything you will need on your business trip: Free internet, spacious rooms and it's quiet in the night. I got a room upgrade for only 20 Euro, which was well worth it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not gourmet and for the price not outstanding, but ok (coffee was quite good, though). All in all, I can reccommend this place.

Room Tip: Room no. 607 is on the top floor and the last room in the corridor, away from the elevator. It's also very spacious.

All staff were friendly, polite and obliging. We loved our room, the location was great and the hotel was a perfect base for our break in Brussels. Also, the breakfast selection was wonderful and the food delicious.

I had a very pleasant stay in NH Stephanie in Brussels. The hotel has very convenient central location, you could geet by feet both to the European Quater and the city center. The staff on the reception was very nice and explained everything, along with giving the maps for both the city and public transportation. The room and bathroom isnt exactly big, but comparing to other hotels is Brussels don't make you timetravel a couple of centuries back with the design. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very happy with it. It's only 3 stops from gare due midi - so handy for train to airport or Eurostar. Good number of restaurants in surrounding area. Room was good size, clean, everything worked and quiet although facing on to side street. Breakfast was included and was self service with a reasonable choice of hot and cold foods. Weekend deal included a late check out till 5pm on Sunday. Staff were very pleasant. It's a good choice in brussels.

Personnel friendly. Somehow, however they forgot to collect the card for breakfast in the room, so I waited in vain and had to go to the restaurant anyway. Also one item in the minibar was far out of date (nuts).
