My stay for a business in Brussels was pleasant thanks to sincere service from the staff (probably the owners). The hotel, or more a guesthouse, was newly refurbished, with plenty of room in the appartment, very good level of beds (fine mattresses, pillows), comfortable bathroom and, what's more, decorative design of walls and Windows. Only lift is missing.
WiFi was reliable, breakfast served in a nice room and was of very good standard. In the next two blocks you will find many restaurants and bistros with local, international or national cuisines }e.g morrocan, algerian, thai, etc.).
And the underground station is 5 mins of walk.
And all this you in a centre of Brussels you get for an extraordinarily good price. So, if you don't need a lift to get you to the 1st or 2nd floor or a hotel lobby full of armchairs and waiters disturbing every 10 mins, do not go elsewhere.
