Picking the right operation to do the Dive Master course is a daunting task - it's the most formative bit of education for any diver, and the longest course in recreational diving. Where you do it will make the difference between you becoming a competent, professional level diver, or becoming a dive muppet with a DM badge.
Well, there are no dive muppets working at Big Fish.
The instructors (Michelle, Rich, Andrea and Oli) took a strong interest in our education (there were 3 of us DMT's) and tailored activities to our individual needs. They always made sure we got as much as possible out of the course. Customer service and safety are paramount here, and we learned a lot about how to make divers happy. It is this focus on the dive customers that marks good dive operations, and Big Fish diving is a very good one indeed.
It's not just the instructors, however - Budi and Koman will make sure your air is never contaminated, and Boat captain Doni will always be there when you surface, no matter how strong the drift.
Very highly recommended.
