We stayed at LIBV September 2014 and it was perfect for us. We are a family of 6 with kids ages between 9 and 14. The walk up the 100+ steps to our villa was worth it for the view. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge. The huge deck was the perfect spot to stop and rest before heading out to dinner each night. Restaurants pick you up and drop you back so no problem for dining out selections. The Deck was nearby and made sensational frappes and fancy milkshakes for the kids - kept everyone happy! Surfing and snorkelling options just down on the beach along with massages and lots of little cafes. The beach is a working beach and not for swimming but who cares with a beautiful horizon pool and sensational views. We loved our stay here.

We recently had to cancel a booking for this hotel, we gave 2 months notice and requested that the money that they had taken for cancellation fee (large sum of money) be put on a booking for a date next year. The hotel declined our request and kept the large sum of money. No discussion was allowed and no attempt to make us happy with our dealings with them. Quite dismissive in their approach to our issue.

As a booking made through a third party ( any agencies ) it's clearly term and condition for the cancellation and no show policy apply on those booking, the costumer should aware to the cancellation fee ....to the specific " Non refundable " status.

My wife and I got married on Nusa Lembongan in June, we had a villa somewhere else booked but due to a double up we had to find somewhere else for one night and Im glad we stayed here! It is located within walking distance of where Rocky Fast cruise drops you off. The staff are very polite and accommodating with any help to make your stay on the island more enjoyable. The view from your room is superb, villas are all 2 bedroom so that suited us with 2 young kids. Breakfast is smaller than you will get in large resorts as they are not set up for a buffet, but you wont mind as it is a much quieter than a resort.
My only gripe is the room Wi-Fi needs to keep logging back in every 2 minutes which is really annoying. Other than that this place is excellent value for money
Definitely recommend a trip to Nusa Lembongan if you're going to Bali, can also highly recommend staying here!

Room Tip: The better villas are higher up the steps BUT we stayed on the second "level" and still ha...

We last visited Lembongan 10 years ago when there were around 6 places to stay on the island. Now there's a massive selection in all price ranges. These villas represent excellent value for money if you are looking for a spacious, clean, well kept 2 or 3 bed villa. Owned a run by Australians who obviously care about the villas and the staff. We stayed in villa # 3 at the bottom of the resort and it as ideal with young children as we didn't have to negotiate the numerous steps to villas higher up the hill and the main resort pool was in front of the villa. The very south end of Jungut Batu beach is just in front of the resort and a great spot for kids to look for hermit crabs and generally have fun. Just west along the cliff footpath lies coconut beach which is the best swimming beach on the island with great snorkeling 100m off the beach. You can rent surf boards, SUP boards etc here also. If you want the best of all worlds, love water acivities and want a quiet relaxing holiday this is your spot.

Room Tip: Villa 3 is ideal if you do not want to negotiate a lot of stairs.

Villa 11 at the top of the Hill is worth every bit of the 200 steps to get there. The Villa was simply stunning. The balcony has a hammock chair which saw me lose hours simply swinging away looking out to the horizon. It was the perfect place for pure relaxation.

Room Tip: Villa 11 has the best view

We stayed here with my parents in March 2013, I requested the plunge pool villa, worth the extra dollars to sit in it with a drink watching the sunset.
IMO the villas are over priced, breaky is very basic but it's fine, like most accommodation on Lembongan it's not value for dollar like on Blai mainland.
I would stay here again if going over with another couple, all the villas are 2 bedroom, no one bedroom so to expensive unless sharing the nightly rate as there is better couples accomm on the island cheaper & more stylish but we did love our holiday here.

Room Tip: Unless you are super fit ask for a room lower down close as possible to reception, the heat over her...

This was our second trip to Lembongan and decided to bring some friends, so we were looking for villa type accommodation. After much investigation we decided to give this place a try. We were not disappointed from the very first communications to the final farewells. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rocky fast boat lands almost on the doorstep so there is not much walking up to the villas. The greeting was friendly and the check-in quick.

The villa was just like the pictures, not like a resort but more like a home. The view is good, not quite as good as further up the cliffs but it is located right next to the beach so we were very happy with the location.

The staff were very friendly, but Dewa was particularly helpful, helping us get surfboard hire, advice on massages, arrange a snorkel dive trip with the manta rays and several pick ups for dinner. Ask him about his family's restaurant Jibaku, but that is the subject for another review.

The bedrooms have a/c, but the living area is all open with fans and high ceilings. A good combination of practicality and comfort. The villa was quite roomy and good for 2 couples. We didn't use the cooking facilities but they were quite good. I liked the full size fridge and the chilled water cooler.

One thing that could be addressed was the lack of shower curtain. The water tended to go all over the place. there were holes were the brackets had been so I would assume it was in the process of being replaced.

All in all, well done guys and we look forward to our next stay,

Paul and Marla

Room Tip: the higher units have better views but mean more steps
