We really enjoyed this place. It's in a beautiful old (??14 century) building. The food was really thoughtful and the service excellent. I'm a vegetarian, which can be tricky in France, but the staff were really positive and consistently provided a great veggie option. Wine was excellent also. Lots of nice little touches - great amuse bouches, delicious pannecotta with the coffee!

Visit this restaurant - you will not be disappointed. Leave room for the afters as they were particularly good. We went for a fixed price 3 course menu but were amazed to find that the 3 courses were on top of 3 very pleasant little Amuse Bouches! Altogether very nice indeed and watching an Otter playing in the nearby river only added to the whole experience.

Fresh high quality local ingredients are combined in innovative ways with delicate sauces and eye pleasing presentations create a true gourmet experience. The mid-day, prix-fix menu is a great value and if you want to splurge I recommend the menu with wine pairing for each course. The young owners are knowledgeable and gracious and the setting of this restaurant is fabulous. We were on a canal boat and it is worth the effort to walk or bike to find this great spot.

Le Moulin de Saveurs is hard to find from most on-line maps, but it actually in a lovely location almost on the bank of the river Gelise, under the walls of the fortified moulin itself and built into the rock walls of the valley. The food is lovely, varied and reasonably priced and sitting outside on the small terrace by the tiny road on the riverbank is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
