“Service at its best.....!”
Reviewed 22 July 2014

Clearly as the brand suggest. You can never go wrong with Four Seasons....!
I along with my family and friends stayed here for 10 days and it was superb experience.
They have the most highest standard of service there can be in hospitality industry.
The resort is a world in itself. Once in you would not really have the need to go out anywhere.
Everything that Mauritius has to offer in within the property. The best thing is how they pay attention to details and they keep a track of it on daily basis.
Amazing room service.
Brilliant food at all three restaurants.
Great pay area called Karokan.
Amazing Gym.
Beautiful Beaches.
If your living then make sure you breath once in the Four Seasons Property at Anahita.....!

Room Tip: Go for the 4 or 5 bed room Villas.

After reading the reviews on this hotel, I expected that we would have a wonderful holiday. What I didn't expect was service that was completely attentive and personal or attention to detail that was impressive.

We travelled as a family of four with two kids aged 6 and 10yrs. My sons list of allergies are long and making meals for him can be quite challenging. The first thing that impressed me is that every staff member we came into contact with was well versed in what in my sons allergies were. At every restaurant the chef came out to chat to us and ask my son what he wanted and dishes were prepared for him from scratch - including an impressive dairy free panacotta after we'd had an italian meal.

But let me digress - our dream holiday started at the pickup from the airport. The hotel had prepared snacks (including allergen free ones) for us and the free wifi made the 45minute trip seem like 10 minutes. Check-in was a breeze with Liefke taking care of us from the instant we arrived until she waved us off goodbye.

The villas are spacious with a generous bathroom and great aesthetics.
I loved the free wifi that was available everywhere - even on the beach!

Service on the beach was also incredibly efficient. The beach was not crowded at all, and we often felt like we were on our own little island.

The kids seemed to enjoy the kids club on the days that they went, but they mostly spent time on the beach.

The break fast selection was varied and delicious. I especially love the juice bar with fresh fruit and vegetables.
All the meals that he had were of a good standard.

BUT this place is expensive! I had read from other reviews that it is pricy - but we were still shocked at the audacity of some of the charges.

That being said- we would stay here again if we went back to Mauritius.

We have just recently returned from a stay at Four Seasons in Mauritius and have to say it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The quality of service, the attention to detail and the stunning golf course made for a blissful 10 days and we are already planning our next trip back!

This place is gorgeous and worth the long trip from Canada. Very nice scenery and view and lots of turquoise water. Service all around is excellent as well as the rooms and amenities are very well miantained. Food is good and the 3 beaches are nice and you have a well equipped boat house. Being in the vicinity and opposite Ile aux Cerfs, this place is wonderful for boat or catamaran trips as well as other water activities such as skiing, para sailing and rides pulled by motor boats.

Will definitely go back if the opportunity arise.

Room Tip: Based on the few room I have seen, I believe they are all gorgeous. For beach lovers it would be goo...

WOW - one word to summarise Four Season Resort in Mauritius, seeing pictures online did no justice, my wife and I was truly amazed with both the resort/service received. We truly can not find any fault or reason to complain what so ever. We had many places to choose from, your honeymoon should be a lifetime experience, which this resort indeed played a huge part of. Our 7 night stay was absolutely beautiful from the second we arrived we were greeted and treated like loyalty. From our Beach Villa (which was breath taking) to breakfast/dinners at Bamboo, beach/pool/room service/house keeping to the O-Bar was immensely amazing. We have no faults to mention about this place which we call 'HEAVEN on EARTH' we think one of the best place to celebrate your honeymoon would be here. We loved our experience and will definitely be visiting Four Seasons Mauritius again!

Room Tip: Beach Villa's - Best Rooms which have maximum privacy

We stayed at the resort for our honeymoon and could not have been happier. All of the staff - from housekeeping, reception, the physician, golf course, spa, restaurants.. all made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Every request we had was fulfilled and done with care and cheer. The villas are well designed - private dip pools/lounge bed and the best part - an outdoor shower! The restaurants were all high quality and provided enough variety that we not bored throughout the week with our food choices. We also had a private candlelight romantic dinner in our villa which was carefully executed with special music and lighting. Truly recommend this Four Seasons.

I literally do not know how to start explaining just how amazing this hotel is....

The rooms are absolutely beautiful. Everything is thought of, decor is amazing, room service is attentive but discreet, fantastic! The three restaurants are also fantastic. We ate at all 3 and really had no favourite. Beau Champ gave us the most amazing meal on our final night though, putting us in the wine cellar and giving us a menu and a night we will never forget. Nicholas, the manager at Beau Champ, is amazing. His, and all the teams around the resort, passion for getting to know you like you're an old friend and remembering the small details is just brilliant.

We had a slight mishap with peanuts during our stay and the four seasons went above and beyond to rectify the matter and ensure it never happened again. I'm pretty sure we got known on site as Mr and Mrs Peanut!

Prakesh, the beach manager is also worth a specific mention. That man is brilliant! He was always popping over for a chat or to check we were ok whilst we were on the beach, he also got a local fisherman to come and show Brian (who he found out had a keen interest in fishing) what he had caught that day. I think the theme to this review is service. I have never experienced such wonderful service in my life. From the beach to the bar to the restaurants to the spa it was truly truly epic! We hope to return some day.

Also... go to the spa and enjoy an after eights couples evening. Absolutely out of this world.

And yes, drinks are expensive, but then it's a small island so theres a heavy import duty to start with, and given how much extra special treatment we recieved as honeymooners we certainly didnt mind. Just make sure you go and enjoy O Bar during happy hour as its buy one get one free on cocktails!

Thank you Four Seasons Anahita for making the last leg of our honeymoon spectacular.
