Despite seasonally awful weather we enjoyed a nice week at FSA.
Staff are all wonderfully polite and attentive, service is generally excellent.
The villa’s are superbly appointed and great for relaxation, inside and out.
Breakfast is excellent, so much choice and all freshly prepared.
Lunch is good, plenty of choice.
Dinner options are excellent with something for everyone. Aquapazza in particular is recommended.
The beaches are very clean, but largely artificial. No problem with getting loungers ever. Beach team are wonderful, can’t do enough for you.
Watersports are excellent. Always something to do, the team there are friendly and helpful.
Gym facilities are first class.
The marine biologists are superb, very knowledgeable and friendly. Book a guided snorkel of the mangroves for something very different but well worth the hour.
Downsides? Very few. The one thing to be aware of from the UK is that you’ll find food and drinks very expensive. A weeks worth of lunch (with a glass or two of wine/beer), two drinks at the bar before dinner (take advantage of 2-for-1 happy hour!), and a bottle of wine with each evening meal came to c£1500.More
