The staff was quite unprofessional. After some minutes looking around if it is ok to sit somewhere I ask a waiter: do you have a table for 4 persons? Answer: I don't know, you have to look around, maybe upstairs... ??? (There are less than ten tables inside). After ten minutes sitting at the table I ask another waiter: Is it possible to order anything? Ohh no. You have first to go to the other end of the restaurant and pay. ??? After we payed we sit at the table and the food comes. No glasses or cutlery are brought to the table by the waiter. Not even an information until I ask. You have to get them yourself in the other side of the restaurant. ??? After that I felt embarrassed to ask even for some bread that was supposed to come so I went first to the other side of the restaurant looking for some bread or a sign telling that I was supposed to bake that myself somewhere else. But they had just forgotten about that. We got the bread after we asked. There were about 15 guests including us there was a staff of five people. Dear chief of this restaurant: how can you let your guests going around in the restaurant feeling like idiots and your staff not even say "Hi" to the ones that enter the restaurant? How come the guests have to serve themselves when there are (payed) people of the staff sitting in the floor of the kitchen reading a book?
We left without asking if we had to do the dishes ourselves in the other side of the restaurant. The food was ok but the service was totally unprofessional.
Dear chief a suggestion for a grate restaurant: welcome your guests, show them an appropriate table, tell them about the food and take the order at the table, serve food, drinks and cutlery at the table. Let them pay after lunch/dinner. They will be more satisfied and buy more food and drinks.
A last suggestion: fire the cook who is reading a book in the kitchen between orders.
